New mixed use development adjacent to downtown Salt Lake City called the Granary district. Trendy neighborhood with many new restaurants, bars, and shops. Gym and in-building coworking space is included (2nd floor). The location also features excellent access to TRAX light rail system (directly from the airport) and is central to the entire SLC valley and the ski resorts.

Room was very nice, living room was very spacious and the view was better than expected. It puts you right next to a grocery store, a bus stop, and a Trax station. Would recommend.

The apartment had a great view and a beautiful aesthetic. We felt at home with the kitchen fully stocked to cook. Must be comfortable using apps for the parking. This was new for us but beat losing a garage remote. The whole building as key pads to enter which made us feel safe. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had.
