Delightful Digs in Capitol Hill

Newly remodeled apartment in the historic Marmalade (Capitol Hill) neighborhood. This bright 1st floor apartment is close to the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, shopping, Vivint Arena, Salt Palace Convention Center, restaurants and night life. Public transit is nearby and we are located near a freeway entrance so getting around is easy.
The space
This is a 4-plex with long term tenants in the other apartments. The apartment is on the first floor with a back door to a private patio. The kitchen has all the essentials. There is an apartment above this one so expect to hear footsteps and other typical noises in an apartment building.
Guest access
There is an onsite laundry room shared by tenants that you can use. Please be considerate of other users. Please don’t start a load of laundry before 9 AM or after 9 PM.
Other things to note
We do have off-street parking available. Just pull into the driveway on the left of the 4-plex and you will find plenty of parking.
