Nice private loft apartment just 1/2 block from Liberty Park! Sits on a quiet Street, minutes from downtown Salt Lake City via bike, or car. 45 minute drive from Park City, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude! Plenty of restaurants & Brew Pubs close by.

This Victorian house was built in 1907 and has lots of history & charm! The updated Loft apt is located upstairs & the private entrance is located around the back on the left.

Apartment includes full kitchen with fridge, electric stove, microwave-oven, and coffeemaker. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, dishes and glassware.

It has a large private outdoor patio. Smoking outside on the patio is ok.

Charming stay!

My boyfriend and I were super pleased with our stay here! The place has so much character and charm. Being walking distance from a local coffee shop was an added bonus that worked out really well for us. Our stay was short but it was great!

We were incredibly happy with our stay at liberty park! The location was great for touring around Salt Lake City, and was very comfortable for a week long stay. We hope to come back soon!

Great location for a Salt Lake City Visit

If you have family in the SLC area and want your "own" space, this is a great find. The space is exactly as advertised; the unit is quiet, communication with the host is flawless and check-in was a dream. But the location is key. If you like morning walks/jogs, Liberty Park is literally steps away (oh and the Aviary in the park is a must-see). Also within walking distance is great restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend this property!

Great Salt Lake City stay

Perfect place to stay. Easy booking & check-in process. Great Salt Lake City location - very quiet neighborhood, one block to a quaint cafe, coffee shop & park. Minutes from downtown. Passing thru Salt Lake and it was perfect

Great walking distance to community park. Kitchen had everything we needed. After hours of driving the massage chair was a welcomed piece of furniture.

This property was cozy and well kept. It’s close to dining and shopping options. It’s just a few minutes by car to the airport, downtown, or the Natural History Museum. Gorgeous views from the deck! Also, the massage chair is a must try.

GR8 Place & Amazing Value!

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Communication with the property owner was easy and he responded very quickly. The place is super cute and an awesome location - close to Liberty Park and Park Cafe (which was also awesome). Husband loved the wifi name reference (he’s a movie geek too). Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Such a great value too!

What a wonderful stay! We needed a central location for this visit, and this unit was ideal. Chad was a fantastic host and easy to connect with if needed. The unit is located upstairs and accessed exactly as described in the listing. Cleanliness was remarkable. This was the perfect stay for the two of us.
