Two blocks from bus stop on the road to Solitude and Brighton. Next to Mountain View Park. Excellent location to everything. In a 3 block radius all major stores available. 1980 square feet. Family room 12x30 feet, with small tv and vent free gas fireplace. Walk-out 5 feet to private hot tub. 5 queens are located in 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are 14 x 16 feet with 2 queens per bedroom and the 5 fifth queen in the 10x11 bedroom with Roku TV on wall.. 2 additional single beds in family room . Kitchen 14 x 13 feet and living room 13 x 16. 2 car Garage out front. Down 12 steps into the property. Built down over the hill below road level and is very quiet inside. Rambler with walkout from basement to hot tub. Treed with mountain views. Short term rental licensed through the city since 2000.Quiet and secluded from the road. One of the only Licensed STR through Cottonwood Heights in this area. Ask for the property license # so you know a less than 30 day stay is legit. License are not given to residential homes in Cottonwood Heights. Back yard fenced with several trees. Hot tub next to walk out basement. Great views of the Fully furnished. WiFi and Roku TVs..Kitchen table for 8. Located 500 feet from local park. Get ready for the 2024-2025 ski season!

Great location for a ski vacation

Short distance to Ski Bus, Ski Rental Shop, Whole Foods, and State Liquor store, quick uber or bus ride to many restaurants and retail stores. Hot tub was great, lots of beds so perfect for multiple family groups. Kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans / glassware, etc.

New Year's Snow Trip

John's place was perfect for a Cottonwood Canyon snow trip. The hot tub was essential after long days on the mountain. Plenty of suppoes for cooking for the group and he was quick to respond to our questions during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot near the mountains!

We loved this spot! So much room and a lot of beds, it would be perfect for a big family or friend gathering. The location was great and i felt like the listing was really accurate. Thanks for the stay, we had a great time!

Spill-over space for a wedding

Large unit. All the necessary stuff for a comfortable stay plus a jacuzzi. Owner was very response to minor wifi issue. Very satisfied.

Awesome location and great for groups!

What a great spot for a group to stay on ski trip! Plenty of beds, great kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes. The location is amazing - only about a 30 minute drive to any of the resorts in BCC/LCC. The host was very communicative and we had no issues during our stay. 100% recommend this olace for a larger group trip to SLC!

Great Price for Large Group

Was able to sleep 8 for a reasonable price. Good home base location to activities and stores. Since it was not winter season, host was accommodating to our unique parking situation as normally parking is limited. Plenty of TVs for when we stayed in.

This property is in the perfect location to ski anywhere in the SLC area! To top it off, everything you might need from shops to restaurants are a short walk or few minutes drive. The owner is extremely pleasant and efficient to work with, made everything a breeze!
