The property is in a residential area about a 15 minute stroll to the marina, the apartments are very spacious, the double bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom, the pool is okay, not very busy. Local shops two minutes away, local train station 5 minutes away. Good value for money and a friendly caretaker / receptionist.

Appartement spacieux, propre mais manque d'équipements (verres, tasse, machine à calé, assiettes...) et assez bien situé sauf qu'il faut utiliser la voiture pour allez à la plage.

bien placé mais...
Les + : proche de la page (5/10 min à pied), proche de toutes les commodités et à max 15min de PortAventura en voiture. Vraiment super bien placé. Appartement hyper spacieux... mais... Les - : appartement SALE (on a retrouvé des sous vêtements dans les tiroirs et sous les lits ainsi qu'un paquet de lingettes pour bébé), clic-clac absolument repoussant... il y avait à l'intérieur outre de la poussière, des emballages de bonbons et des pelures d'oranges... Hyper mal équipé, il n'y avait que 4 assiettes (pour 5 c'est ballot...). Pour se faire des pâtes on n'a jamais trouvé la passoire...Il a fallut faire plusieurs A/R vers la "réception" pour s'équiper correctement. 2ème jour, invasion de fourmis (ben oui, on avait déconné... On avait mangé des donuts... le dernier a été repéré par les fourmis directement sur le plan de travail... La prochaine fois on les mangera tous, ça évitera d'avoir à partager avec les fourmis). 2 salles d'eau, mais vitre d'un pare-douche cassée... Bref... appartement vétuste et mal achalandé/nettoyé mais super bien placé avec un personnel très très très gentil et serviable (vraiment rien à dire). Donc, ok pour 2-3 nuits... et rien ne dit que tous les appartements sont aussi mal entretenus que le notre.

Une nuit dans cet appartement en novembre 2016 arrivée le soir 21h30 départ le lendemain 9h30. Accueil de la concierge très bien vu que la réception été ferme j avais tel avant pour le dire ils m´avaient donne le numéro de son appartement mais même sans cela très bien indique dans le hall. Seul bémol elle nous a demande la carte d´identite elle est retourne dans son appartement pendant au moins 5 min qu a t elle fait ? je pense une copie pour le dossier mais bon ... État général correct douche un peu petite plaque de cuisson qui ne fonctionne pas mais vu que nous avons mange a l extérieur pas de problèmes et le matin nous avons utilise le micro onde sinon pour 6 personnes appartement très grand. Pas de bruit mais a voir en période estivale.

Apartamentos situados a 15 minutos a pie de la playa. Bien equipados en la cocina A pesar de ser nuevos (mas menos los hecho 10 años), están muy "desgastados", y en muchas zonas (especialmente las comunes) da sensación de suciedad. El chico que atiende (Shaim), es amable y servicial. zona tranquila, residencial, y sin problemas de aparcamiento En general, relación calidad-precio media No tengo claro si repetiría..

Réception des appartements plutôt que prevu. 5 jours dans ces logements tres bien équipés. Le concierge est super sympa, il parle français et il est disponible à toute heure. De plus il vous donne son code wifi pour que vous ayez une connection gratuite dans l entree de la résidence. Séjour au top. On reviendra.

Ce qui va et ce qui est à revoir!
Très bon accueil,bel appartement, bien situé, mais pas de suivi au point de vue matériel et c'est très dommage ex: manque un pommeau de douche- pas de batterie de cuisine, seulement 2 faitouts et une très vieille poêle inutilisable, pas de casserole, pas de grosses tasses pour le déjeuner, manque verres couteaux etc... Et pas de couvertures. On nous a apporté les choses au fur et à mesure de nos découvertes et demandes, les couvertures étaient très vieilles! Dommage tout çà, l'appartement nous beaucoup plu mais il devrait y avoir un suivi du matériel voilà!
