Beautiful view and excellent location
One of the most beautiful views of any property where we spent our vacations. Beach is very close and never really crowded (in June). Water would warm up (and cool) very quickly because this is a relatively small cove. Communication was very good. Only concern is that property offered a very bare minimum of necessary items: only one towel/person, no sugar, oil, shampoo, matches, etc. - things we have kind of come to expect in a vacation rental. Of course, ti was fairly easy to find these products at the store close by and manage very well.

Location, location, location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in such a peaceful location after a busy few days in Barcelona. The house is just as it appears in the pictures and the owner is super friendly and welcoming. Parking is freely available within the small gated complex which is well maintained. The pool area is simple and nice, never busy. The best part of this house is the location. The view is stunning at all times of day and you can swim and snorkel off the rocks within 10m of the house or the beach within 30m. The area is quiet with only a few small bars. We used the beach bar but were mostly happy to stock up at the large Esclat 10mins away and make the most of the BBQ and stunning terrace. There is also a local supermarket about 400m from the property which has all the basics. Despite the information the house does have air conditioning however I get the impression it has been abused by folk in the past and therefore a limit is set in terms of electricity usage before additional charges are applied. These additional charges are very low however. We used all the appliances daily, did a fair bit of cooking and used the air conditioning in moderation and were not charged anything extra. Don't let this out put you off. I think it's helpful to know there is the option of AC. There is a meter which lets you monitor use. Cleaning carries an additional charge of €50. You can do it yourself if you wish instead (I did). It's not a big house to clean however I realise this is not for everyone. It is a holiday. The property is well located for visiting Portaventura (approx 10-15 mins). The only reason I'm not giving the property 5 * is that it lacked a few basic things. I have let the owner know and he is keen to fix this for future guests ( nothing major BBQ tools, tea towels and the like) and I also would have preferred being able to play for the property by bank transfer or online. I would highly recommend a stay here. It really is a super house in an idyllic spot.

Un séjour exceptionnel!
Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans la maison de José Maria et Cristian. Un petit bijou en bord de mer bercé par le bruit des vagues et loin du tumulte de Salou. Une vue incroyable sur la mer et un accès privilégié à la Cala Crancs (1 min à pied) sont les atouts indéniables de cette maison. L’accueil a été impeccable et José Maria a été très réactif à toutes nos demandes. Les photos de l’annonce sont fidèles à la réalité. Nous recommandons à 200%!

Quelle vue !
Le séjour a été très reposant. Nous avons pu profiter de la vue exceptionnelle (vous avez l'impression d'être sur mer grace aux rambardes vitrées). La plage est à juste à coté mais la distance permet d'éviter le bruit. Nous avons pu communiquer facilement avec José grace à Watsap. La maison est plutot fraiche ce qui permet d'éviter la climatisation. très bon séjour à refaire sans hésiter.

Perfect!
Perfect apartment and especially the place. The view is amazing and even better than on picture. Very good beach just 3 minutes walk, not so overcrowded like in Salou. Apartment is very well situated that even during hot sunny days you don't need the air conditioner. Well equipped kitchen and good bathroom. Very good communication with the Owner, he helped us in some situations and his attention and support was so valuable. We really enjoyed this time and hope to return again.

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage! Über den Ausgang auf der Terrasse sind es nur ein paar Meter bis zur flachabfallenden Sandbucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber lief einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Hermosas vacaciones en un lugar de ensueño
En general, pasamos 10 días maravillosos aquí. La casa estaba muy limpia, pero los palos de olor en todas partes eran un poco demasiado. La cocina está razonablemente bien equipada, pero lamentablemente no hay una ensaladera grande y la cocina no siempre funciona bien. El wifi era muy pobre, hasta que en algún momento no funcionó en absoluto. La comunicación con José María fue muy buena y siempre trató de encontrar soluciones inmediatamente. La ubicación de la casa es única y la playa está justo al lado. Cap de Salou está muy bien situado y alejado del bullicio de la ciudad. Se puede llegar a todas partes fácil y rápidamente en taxi. Hay un supermercado cercano que está mal surtido y no tiene nada que ofrecer, especialmente para veganos y vegetarianos. La exposición de frutas y verduras era muy pobre. Es una pena que el año que viene sólo se pueda reservar la casa de sábado a sábado.

La vue est magnifique, et notre séjour bien qu'en novembre nous a permis d'en profiter car la terrasse est ensoleillée du matin au soir... calme assuré à cette époque de l'année. Le propriétaire est très réactif (problème de télécommande du portail du parking réglé dans la journée). Le débit wifi est un peu faible pour faire du télétravail.

Urlaub mit viel Frust!
Guten Tag, zuallererst widespreche ich auf das Entschiedenste, einen Waserschaden währen unseres Aufenthaltes (siehe Ihre Mail vom 09.11.2021) in besagtem Apparterment verursacht zu haben. Wir verliesen das Appartement in einem besseren Zustand, als wir Ihn vergefunden haben. Zu den Details: Schon die vor dem Urlaub geführten Mails...eine einzige Katastrophe: Wie von der Besitzerin uns per Mail(05.10.2021) mitgeteilt, sollten wir uns eine Woche vorher für die Details unserer Anreise melden......wurden von mit eine Woche vorher auch so getätigt...keine Antwort! Danach nochmals die Bitte per Mail, uns die entsprechenden Infos(Ansprechpatrner Telefonnummer vor Ort!) zukommen zu lassen, auch im Hinblick auf unsere ca. 18 stündige Anreise per PKW, mit nicht genau zu bezifferndem Anreisezeit...bis zu unserem Abreisetag (28.10.2021)KEINE Nachricht. Erst eine Stunde vor unserer Abreise ein Mail dass ein Video folgen würde...für was war uns nicht klar, wurde auch nicht vorher angesprochen. Ein Tag später, nach ca. 18 stündiger Anfahrt um 14 Uhr, stehen wir ca 4 Stunden vor verschlossenen Anlagentüren. Verschiedene Versuche, jemanden zu erreichen schlugen fehl!. Auch hatten wir, obwohl angefordert, bis zu diesm Zeitpunkt, keine Handy-Telefonnummer von der Besitzerin erhalten. Erst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen, telefonisch jemanden von FEWO- direkt zu erreichen, wurde uns sehr schnell die Handynummer der Besitzerin, sowie entsprechende Kontaktierung/Erledigung FEWO-seits zugesichert. Nachdem wir die Besitzerin per Telefon erreichten, bekamen wir per Whats Ap das Video mit allen Infos des Zugangs unserer gemieteten Wohnung übersendet......nach ca. 6 stündiger Watezeit....Keine Person war für die Einweisung, sowie Übergabe, persönlich anwesend!!! Jetzt zu den vorgefundenen Mängel: Auf den ersten Blick machte die gesamte Wohnung einen nicht sehr sauberen Eindruck( Flusseln und Haare auf dem Boden, eine Zigarettenkippe auf dem Bettlagen, in der Glaswand der Dusche ein Riss quer durch die gesamnte Wand!, Das Waschbecken in der Dusche läuft fast garnicht, nur sehr langsam, ab, Abfluss verstopft, Die Stoffauflagen der zwei Außen-Sitzlounges zerrissen und schimmelig...ekelig!, sowie die sechs Sitzauflagen der Außenbestuhlung mit Flecken überzogen, unsauberer Gesamteindruck auch der Terrasse. Der Boden-Holzwandsockel in Küchennähe aufgerissen und und zerschlissen, sowie der Laminatboden im Küchenbereich sehr wellig. Auch bei der Abreise war niemand anwesenMöbius
