Attention: the villa is being renovated at the moment: The upper floor is almost finished, the bathroom is still missing, the lower floor is still missing a bedroom with bathroom and the living room. New pictures from the middle of May.
This beautiful luxury villa is situated in a quiet area on the hillside of the urbanisation Monte de los Almendros near Salobrena.
Surrounded by palm trees and fruit trees, it offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea from all rooms and from the large multi-level terraces surrounding the villa.
The villa is large enough to accommodate 2 families with children or 4 couples who want to spend their holiday together. There are 2 bedrooms on each floor, separated by a living room. So there is no room next to the other. There is a private bathroom off each of these bedrooms. All have sea view.
A private pool and plenty of sun loungers invite you to sunbathe. An outside bar for the sunny hours and a bar counter inside round off convivial hours. Many terraces with excellent views and barbecue facilities.
Guests can also use the communal facilities of the urbanisation: Swimming pools, tennis, basketball hoop and a small football pitch. The villa has 5G fibre optic internet.
The white village of Salobrena and the small fishing village of La Caleta are located at the foot of Monte de Los Almendros. Salobreno has all the major supermarkets, many restaurants and a long sandy beach. Malaga is about 1,15 hour away, Granada 45 min.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage
Perfekter, unkomplizierter Empfang mit Übergabe der Schlüssel und alle notwendigen Infos. Das Haus ist wunderschön, hat einen fantastischen Ausblick übers Meer. Ausgestattet ist es mit allem, was das Herz begehrt (Air fryer , Sandwich maker, Saftpresse…) Vier große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem schönen Bad und gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt, mit Mangos, Feigen, Zitronenbäumen. Und mit einem sehr schönen Pool. Überall sind unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, um sich zurückzuziehen. Der Ort Saloprena selber ist in 7 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, dort gibt es mehrere gut sortierte Supermärkte. Die Sportanlage mit Fußball, Tennis und einem schönen Schwimmbad mit netten Imbiss ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Absolut eine Empfehlung!!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :))

Lovely villa with stunning sea views
Spent a lovely week in this large, well equipped villa with heated pool. Spoilt for choice with outside spaces in which to relax and enjoy the sun and the sea views. Very helpful and welcoming hosts. Thoroughly recommend!

Amazing villa and an amazing holiday
The Villa is perfectly setup for a large family. The hosts are very accommodating and a lovely couple. We didn’t hire a car but taxi’s to town were well priced. The communal pool/park and bar is only a short walk down to the centre, very clean and well priced bar for drinks and hot food. Amazing holiday all round!

Stunning Views
Truly spectacular views from all terraces which really made our holiday. The owners had only taken possession of the property a couple weeks before our visit and pulled out all the stops to get the villa ready for us as the pool heating and jacuzzi were not working when they took possession. They managed to repair the pool heating which meant that we could use the pool as without it , it would have been too cold. Unfortunately they were waiting on parts for the jacuzzi. Car is essential and property easily accommodates 3 cars. Not suitable for anyone with mobility's issues as there are a lot of steps which cannot be avoided. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Villa remain cool all day even though temperatures outside got up to 31 degrees without air conditioning, even though this was available. Plenty of supermarkets within 10 minutes drive and Salobreña has many good restaurants situated on the beach or overlooking it. Property is 50 minutes from Alhambra Palace and gardens which is well worth a visit but remember your photo ID as this is required and book early if you want to go into the palace as tours are limited. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great villa with spectacular view
Very beautiful villa, spectacular view of the sea, and very nice owner with all necessary informations. Also very clean house when we arrived. Daniel was very available as soon as we need it. The air conditioning in one of the bedroom broked and was replaced very quickly by the owner. We really appreciated it. We had a wonderful stay and we loved the area of Salobreña. Thanks you Nicola.

A view to die for
The house is located very high up on a hill side and hence a magnificent view. I would recommend a car. Nice furniture on both terraces, very good gas grill. Garden with fruits and herbs. Possibility to play football and tennis and go swimming in a bigger pool nearby. ( We walked in 15 minutes) The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Magnifique villa avec une superbe vue!
N'hésitez surtout pas à réserver cette villa de rêve avec une superbe vue sur la mer que vous apprécierez de plusieurs terrasses! Prestations de qualité pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis où chacun aura son intimité et sa salle de bains privative. Il ne manque rien pour passer un agréable séjour (plusieurs frigos, bbq, machine à laver, jeux, .....et l'indispensable wifi!) Nicola et Thomas, qui ont pris possession récemment de la villa, sont très sympathiques et nous ont très bien accueillis. Ils n'habitent pas sur place mais peuvent se rendent rapidement disponibles. La piscine et le jacuzzi ont été bien appréciés, tout comme le petit bar aménagé juste à côté. Nous sommes venus fin juin, et n'avons pas eu besoin de la climatisation à cette période. Le jardin est splendide avec des arbres fruitiers (manguier, figuier, ...). Une voiture est indispensable pour accéder à toute commodité située à moins de 10 minutes de trajet (Lidl, Mercadona, ...) ou de Salobrena, de ses plages et de ses restaurants. Il y a 3 places de parking (1 en haut et 2 en bas de la maison). Visite indispensable de l'Alhambra de Grenade qui n'est qu'à 50 minutes de route! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.
