"Beautiful log cabin feel. Easy check in and out. We were disappointed in the level of cleanliness. The floors and trim needed a more thorough cleaning. Bare feet felt the dust. Some mold in the shower. I would have liked bedding with some cotton content. The property listing says it is on the river, but we could not see or access it without driving a mile or two. "We came into Challis for a weekend wrestling tournament. We didn’t want to leave the cabin it is amazing. So homey and the 360* views take your breath away! We were so sad to have to leave early for an unexpected event back home. We really can’t wait to make plans to come back and stay."

"The cabin was so cozy and relaxing, especially being so remote and quiet in the forest. My only complaint was the water was discolored, which we wondered if the property used well water. Also, around the hot tub and that yard area there was a sewage smell in guessing from septic systems. None of this was confirmed. But other than those things, we had a wonderful trip. We loved the decorations inside and the cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "

We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, relaxing on the sofas while taking in the beautiful views, driving to walk around the nearby sites, and unwinding at the end of the day in the hot tub under the stars. The beds were comfortable and this house had all the necessary amenities! We're already talking about making this an annual trip. A wonderful gem of a property!"
