"The property near Dolus in D’Oleron is atypical for the area . It is a ranch style with loads of space, and different areas both inside and in the garden to enjoy. We had 12 people in the property for part of our stay and did not feel cramped. Arnaud was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was perfect and the air conditioning useful at times. Altogether a very charming place to stay - we hope to return in future!"

"We had a wonderful two weeks in this beautiful holiday home - spacious, well equipped, peaceful and excellent location near the village and beach alike. Added bonus of a pool with plenty of room around it and space to park the car and bikes. It was a fabulous place to relax and refresh. On the description it clearly stated that there was a hot tub with a bath symbol, but there was not a bath or a hot tub at the property. Any issues were addressed by the owner very quickly. "Great location for family to unwind together with short walk to the beach and wooded area which was great for dog walks. Property was a good size for 8 adults and 2 dogs. Could do with a bit of TLC, few items were broken or unserviceable, ie sunlounges, pool table (warped), radiator not working. Lighting was hard to read by, but cosy. Not as clean as we would expect, Sheets had a stain on one bed and parts of the garden required attention. A warning about mosquitos would be useful, not sure if...
