"We spent the month of June at the gite, and we really loved it. It was clean, comfortable, well kept and had everything we needed to live as if at home for a month. We particularly enjoyed the pool! Any questions or problems we had, Christophe was helpful, responsive and friendly. We loved the tour of the vineyards and learning about the old school wine production, enjoyed the tastings and learning about clairet! and we thoroughly enjoyed hearing all the stories. "Extremely well equipped to a high standard. We were welcomed with essential groceries, a bottle of wine and a speciality dessert of the region. Patrick was available if we needed him and managed the pool/cover. He was private and discreet. We have stayed in gites many times and this was one of the best with a great pool."

"The former wine cellar stay was very much like we wanted. Some rustiness but plenty modern with all the conviences. we cooked often and enjoyed eating on the patio. It is secluded and quiet - a good 20 minutes from the city, but we enjoyed it. Jean Micheal was great with instructions and communications even though he was on holiday in Italy. Would book again for sure."

"Lovely rural Gite, perfect for time away from the crowds. Kind and helpful owners, great facilities with a lovely garden to enjoy time outdoors. Great swimming pool too. Train station15 minutes away - perfect for our day trip to Bordeaux. Lovely area, St Emilion is a must see and nearby village in Ruch has a good value restaurant with a very welcoming owner (about 25/30 minutes walk and a must for a leisurely lunch and a stroll). "This very clean and comfortable cottage is in the country a short drive from Sainte Emilion. Quiet, pastoral setting. It was out base for drives in the area and for a relaxing time at the end of the day. We opted for the breakfast which was very reasonable and delish - yougurt, fruit, pastries, juice and coffee. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. Everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay."

"We stayed for 3 nights to explore the area in and around Bordeaux. The cabin/chalet was exactly as described. It is in the lovely back garden of a home in a suburb of Bordeaux. We were very comfortable after a busy day of site seeing and travelling about. There isn't much around it to walk to for dining, so we bought food on our way back at the end of day to eat in."
