Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood in Salisbury, this delightful cozy yellow door cottage have the nuiances of craftmanship of a 1938 home. We have updated the appeal of our little quirky "Legacy Cottage of Salisbury".
The cottage offers 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a daybed and trundle. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower. For your convenience, we have available hair dryer, shampoo, fluffy towels, and soaps.
In the additional living space, you'll find a pull-out sofa bed perfect for extra guests. Guests can enjoy amenities like central a/c, WiFi, washer/dryer machines, coffee/tea station, stylish kitchen appliances, serveware, and kitchenware, which includes utensils, small appliances, dishes, and cookware.
Outdoor patio area has seating, BBQ grill, firepit, table and chairs to enjoy a meal or conversation, or maybe watching your children play. Our yard, with it's Pecan trees, is green and full of natural wildlife, deer, rabbits, birds, squirrels, and more foraging.

Our cottage is off of I-85 between Charlotte and both Lexington, Greensboro, as well as Winston-Salem areas, making travel to Salisbury and neighboring cities a breeze.
