No 3 The Stables
The accommodation is lovely, it has been tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The location is a short drive to Salisbury and Bentley Woods was stunning as the bluebells were in bloom and there are so many walks to choose from in the area. There are a few contructive criticisms that we would make, we found that there was quite a lot of noise from adjoining accommodation, most notably the doors slamming, this could probably be rectified with some foam strips on the door frames to mute the door noise. Also we were suprised that the location experiences quite a lot of traffic noise as we were expecting a quiet countryside location, but accept that this is outside of the owners control.

A week visiting family
Quiet location, property was immaculately clean, beds comfy and a fantastic shower. Given the cost of the property, The kitchen was ill equipped, with poor quality crockery and glasses. As we are in our seventies, we found the settees very low, thus difficult to get down and up from. Locally there is a great pub with fabulous beer and food, also a village shop, outside which a mobile fish & chip shop sets up on a Thursday evening.
