"Thanks Holly and Andrew and Lauren- we got to relax. Your location off the Taconic was 17-20 miles from everything and everywhere on our list. It was an easy drive to friends near Albany and Chatham offered lots of restaurant choices and shopping with independent business owners-just like small town America used to be. Conservation area right down the road and beautiful drive to Great Barrington via Hillsdale or Rt 71 to Egermont. Country setting away from the summer crowds at Great Barrington...
