"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the stay was wonderful. The full breakfast was delicious, the restaurant and bakery had a very good menu and the bakery items were so delicious. I left something behind once we checked out and a message arrived in about 2hours telling me to call the hotel. I did and since we were still in the area, We were able to pick up the item. I’m sure that had we already started our journey home, the staff would make arrangements to return it by mail. Every staff member, were friendly and accommodating. If you are in the Columbiana, Ohio are, this is the hotel to stay at. "
