"Stayed with two of our adult children to watch the UM-MSU game. This is the second time we have rented this house in Dexter. We used to own a condo in downtown Ann Arbor, so we were initially concerned about how much different it is in Dexter and downtown Ann Arbor. But we love Dexter. We went to the coffee shop twice, the bakery, and the pub (twice as well). We obviously came back, so it was enjoyable."

"We were in town for a wedding. We needed a big space to accommodate doing wedding prep work. It worked for that purpose. The kitchen was VERY slim and the utensils were lacking as the few that were available were broken. The ice maker was broken in the fridge. Spices were very lacking as well. All of the mattresses must be 30 years old. And were stained with a few having mattress covers. Owner said we broke a door but we did not. So be careful and get the insurance if you choose to stay...

"Staying here was like staying at your best friend’s clean house in Ann Arbor. It is inviting, clean, and cozy- you feel like you can really relax and enjoy your downtime. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need as a guest and the home includes more amenities and conveniences than you could imagine. "Fabulous home for our large family in town for a wedding from 6 different states. Nicely clean upon arrival, beds and all furniture were very comfortable, and common areas were very conducive to catching up with family. Communication was excellent and all Interactions with Joseph (host) were very positive and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Appreciate the extra blankets in each bedroom closet, plenty of towels even for our large family, and the iron and ironing...

"The North Lake House was a wonderful place for our family of 5 to stay. The house was very clean with nice and comfortable furniture. The whole home is updated nicely. All of the bathrooms were stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, ample towels, and cotton balls and q-tips. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the pellet fire place was amazing in the chilly early mornings of our October stay.  Our kids loved the game tables in the garage!
