"The setting for this property was magical. The house, located on a hill overlooking valleys with small family farms, met all our needs during our 8 night stay. "We stayed in apartment Falco which has great views over the valley.The apartment is exactly as listed,well equipped and spotlessly clean.It is perfectly placed for visiting all the top Tuscan towns and there are numerous local restaurants within easy reach. "This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

"Hallo , Liebe Leser, nachdem wir die ca. 600m holprige, steinige Straße hinter uns hatten, sahen wir die Unterkunft. Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Toskana und dem schönen Panorama Nest mit unserem Hund. Ruhig gelegen und nur ca. 6 km von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Alles, Perfekt, Sauber, eingezäuntes Grundstück, gut, wenn man mit Hund kommt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist Traumhaft. Auch das Schwimmbad erfüllt seinen Zweck auch wenn es nicht so groß ist, hatten wir viel Spaß....

Casa pulita, noi siamo stati in 2 famiglie, fattibile con la condivisione dello spazio esterno , veranda in condivisione! La struttura avrebbe preso 5 stelle se installerebbero l’aria condizionata, mettessero dei materassi più morbidi. Comunque ci ritornerei!"

"We were looking for a quiet, peaceful feeling accommodation with a view of Italian countryside. That is what this property offers. Additionally, there is space and privacy as well as being well located for day excursions to local areas of interest. We were impressed with the quality and level of finishing and decorating. A lot of attention to detail was put into the home making it cozy and comfortable. We loved it!"

"Just returned from a one week stay and cannot praise it enough. Frederica and her family were so friendly and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Really enjoyed the Cooking Lesson and would recommend it for a fun and interesting break fro those superb panoramic views of the rolling countryside. We also really enjoyed our visits to the small hilltop villages that are just a short drive away from the property. We will return!"
