I am a member of a group that chose this hotel for a convention because we don’t have a lot of money and the heat in the convention area was inadequate. It was very cold, but the room was clean. My hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly. I would hold the convention there again

One detracting factor was that there was not an elevator and I was on the second floor. I am a disabled veteran so this was obviously a challenge. The staff did look to see if there was a ground floor room available for my four nights, but there was not. I made it work but I didn’t see that mentioned on the website.

Room was good, clean, comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised that the 2Q bed & foldout was more of a suite/split-room than one bigger room. Checked in 45 minutes before the pool closed, but it was locked down so I couldn't use it or the hot tub because someone "left early" (I didn't quite get the reason clearly).
