"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. From the ambience of restored charm, to the frinedly and helpful staff Jokin & Patrick were exception in guiding me to places, arranging transportation, to allowing me for a late check out. There’s a daily timetable with activities that are included in the cost of staying, mainly yoga, plus there’s a very healthy, delicious and reasonably priced cafe/restaurant so you don’t need to go hunting for somewhere outside to eat. "Arrived on the Thursday, accommodation owner had no knowledge of my arrival and I was forced to contact hotels.com for the issue to be resolved. After this stay went ok. Room was clean and sheets changed without having to ask after 3 nights. Around 10 minutes walk to the beach but not an issue for me. Nothing stands out so an average stay. And for £18 a night not bad. "

"The hotel staff mislead us for pickup from airport. They refused to clean the room as we checked in after 7 by saying that they don't do cleaning at night. The staff was very rude no proper backup in case of power cut and we had to suffer for hours without AC or fan. Even the TV didn't worked and no dedicated staff for cleaning and other services."

"It has made a great impression in a very good way! If I’m going to north Goa in the future I will definitely stay here. Morjim Suset Hotel is one of the most beautiful properties that I have stayed at in Goa. Not only is it done up very well, the staff make the place even more enticing. Everyone is polite, helpful and co-operative. Morjim beach is just 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious with all basic amenities in place. Deluxe AC rooms have spacious balconies."

"We stayed over a week with the Grand Hyatt Goa and initially there were some issues with cleanliness and the age of the rooms, but their room division team managed to make improvements. Rishav a management Trainee was very special making the experience better every day with personal communication and little gifts like fresh flowers, hand written notes and treats while keeping the room at its best cleanliness. Sanjeeta one of the managers also made our experience special. Raul the manager at one of the best restaurants in Goa, personalized each experience and made the family and my child feel very comfortable. Algan and Harsh’s service was exceptional. "

"Staff very polite and genuinely ready to help. Hotel layout, particularly lobby and terrace are amazing. Dinning hall supervisor (Glen) was always there to make sure that other staff are prompt in providing great service. Highly recommended. Will come back in near future "

"Amazing stay at Westin Goa! Our room was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast, the view, and great food at the restaurants. The absolute best part of our stay was because of the wonderful staff and their amazing Indian hospitality. Reception, the porters, cleaning staff and even the breakfast crew really all went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable! We are so thankful and can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much!!
