This newly remodeled house STR # 0350 has tons of room (2400 SF) and can sleep up to 10 people! Three bedrooms (Master Suite with a king, spare bedroom with a queen, and kid's room with double bunk beds each with double mattresses on the bottom). A wide open floor plan with 360 degree views of the mountains including S Mountain. Super close to downtown, high speed Wi-Fi , HD Flat screen TV with cable in all the rooms and an office with a scanner an printer for your use! Great fenced in back yard with entertaining space, grill, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor dining as well. The garage is stocked with several bikes (kids and adults) for your use while you stay. Close to Historic downtown and the Arkansas River so you are close to all the great shops and dining. Ski Monarch is a 22 minute drive and other activities include hiking, biking, hot springs, fly fishing, parks and much more!

Cute place in the heart of Salida. Great space for a family meet up with nice bedroom and living room space. Kitchen well equipped. Our family has met there for the past 2 years and will likely meet again next year!

Very nice location in Salida. Walking distance to large park and close to downtown where you could walk if you wanted or use one of the bikes for a quick trip. Property had everything we needed for our family. Wish our trip was longer!

We have stayed here twice now and it was just as wonderful as the first time! Such an awesome location in Salida and a very comfortable spot for our large family. We even used the bikes this time and our teens loved the hot tub! We will be back!!!

Wonderful Stay
Great stay! Everything was very clean, lots of amenities (bikes, hot tub, etc), and great little area. Neighborhood wasn't in a richer area of town, but everyone was quiet and there weren't any issues at all, so don't judge this little home based off the area (again, it really isn't a terrible area!!). We had a less than 30 min drive to Monarch which was absolutely perfect and you're very close to the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay here again with our large group and would recommend this place to everyone!

Clean, comfortable place to use as base camp for hiking. Hot tub was a nice feature after long days. The cooler came in handy too.
