"Very clean but a basic hotel but hence the price. The receptionist man was so very kind and helpful. Will always stay on our journey to Provence."

"Turns out they were closed on the day of our checkin which we were not aware of. We tried to call and no one answered. We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all. The beds were not made, there was no soap or cleaning items to towels yet checkout required us to wash dishes. The electricity was also off so we had to find the electrical box. The WiFi also didn’t work. When we tried to calll back the emergency number no one answered."

"We stayed two nights to see the gorges. It was wonderful. The facility is lovely….well laid out….great hot tub/pool….and the view from our room was beautiful. The Gorges du Verdon is a gem…..be sure to drive the loop and then the long way round….stunning."

"The villa is beautiful, superbly clean when we arrived, very spacious, everything you need for your stay is supplied and the pool was lovely. The villa sits atop of a hill and the views are beautiful, at night we sat and watched the stars and enjoyed such peace. Yannick our host was marvellous, communicating any time we needed anything and had a questions. Salernes is a lovely village, with wonderful friendly people, we shall miss our morning coffee and croissant in the square! Overall we had a truly wonderful stay at this villa and were very sad to leave, hopefully we get a chance a visit again soon!!!"

"The breakfast was very good. Close to town and to Gorge Verdon. Beautiful views. No place to sit in the lobby to have a glass of red wine. Only white wine allowed."

Customer service in the south of France really is amongst the best in the world. My room was spacious and cool, nice views, hotel facilities were very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Provence. "
