" Our stay in Waka Mountain Retreat in Salento was fantastic! Although getting to the hotel was a bit inconvenient due to the dirt road that initially seemed sketchy, it was absolutely worth it once we arrived. The location is perfect, giving you the feeling of being in the middle of the forest while actually being just a 5-minute walk from the town. "Good, quiet location on the edge of town (away from the Plaza, noise and crowds). Very helpful staff. Massage available on site. Good breakfast. Efficient Laundry service. Secure parking but only for three (small) cars. We stayed in one of the corner suites, large with windows on two sides with nice views of the countryside. Well worth the extra cost."
