"We throughly enjoyed our three nights in Anke's cottage. It provided a great base to explore Strasbourg and the Alsace region. The cottage itself is cozy and enchanting, located on the grounds of a larger chatelet. Anke and her husband Eric were welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend!"

"Das Haus hat einen Pool und einen Whirlpool, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter zum Baden einlädt; unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr raus. Ansonsten alles sehr sauber und gut engerichtet. Vor der Tür hat es einen großen Parkplatz, und man ist gleich im Stadtzentrum."

"We had a 3 night stay here on the the long drive north from Italy. The 'little house' is just that. Spacious for two, very well equipped and very clean and well presented. "The gite was tastefully decorated and had all the equipment you need. We visited in a heat wave and the gite was nice and cool and a has a huge bathroom / walk in shower. Lovely terrace outside which gives privacy from neighbours. Matthieu lives opposite and was on hand for anything we needed but not at all intrusive. Also lots of lovely forests nearby to walk or cycle in and it's near enough to the German border to easily have a day in Germany."

"Really nice location with a great view. Some utilities upgrade would be welcomed - iron board but no iron. No large knives, just three tiny ones to cut (good luck with Watermon). Swimming pool amazing and clean. Pascale very welcoming. Badminton racquets could also be replaced, as all had snapped strings. Not too far away from Vin de Alsace route - half an hour drive.."

The views of the deer each morning are delightful and Twix and Bounty (sheep which look like goats in the field) are lovely and will delight your children. "Alte Sandsteinmauern, dicke Balken und darin eine moderne, sehr individuell eingerichtete großzügige Wohnung. Der Garten auch im Herbst wunderbar, ländliche Beete, Rasen, ein kleiner Teich, geschützte Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Dorf liegt mitten im Elsass und ist trotzdem untouristisch und sehr ruhig. Alles gut erreichbar. Und schließlich die Vermieterin, Gaelle, und ihr Mann: diskret, aber im Nachbarhaus immer erreichbar, überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein idealer Urlaubsort! "

"This was our second time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the location even though it’s a few mins out of the center. We can either walk a few mins to take the train into the center or Uber it.
