"Minutes from Garden of the Gods and River to River Trail. Temps too hot so we tried to be on trail by 7:30. On dead end road but noisy compared where we live (not bad). Great wildflowers and birds. Loved having a full kitchen. My husband in hot every day."

"Roomy. Walking distance from town and popular restaurant- Patti’s. Take time to stroll through the courtyard in the back of Patti’s. Easy boat dock access. Nice size kitchen. Beds very comfortable. Air conditioning works wonderful. Supermarket less than .5 miles. Only drawback. Not boat friendly. We have a bass boat. Was hard to park at this location. If you plan to get a slip you will be fine.! Would rent again!"

"This property was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting outside at the little table on the balcony. Magnolia Manor is convenient to KY Lake and the amenities at the nearby resort."

"This is is the cutest most comfortable and luxurious "tiny house" ive ever seen! The hosts communicated quickly and effectively. The accommodations were better than we expected. Everything was just right. My ONLY regret is that i didnt research times local businesses were open prior to our stop. Travel took longer than expected (we are in the process of moving and had a trailer along so we were too long for the ferry and had to go around). Be smarter than we were and plan accordingly 😉"

"If you are looking for a place with privacy, this is it. If you require a strong internet connection while gone, this is NOT it. Your cell phones will work fine, just at dial up speed. Not a criticism at all, as disconnecting was the point of our vacation. Very clean, listing is accurate. Hannah and her husband were wonderful hosts. Highly recommend."

"The house and detached guest house were very nice. There were a few places that were not super clean, but all in all, very good. The grill was not working and the propane tank was replaced the night we arrived. The grill needs replacing, but it did end up working ok. The location is close to town and we enjoyed walking around Patti’s and the shops. We had a wonderful time with three generations under one roof."

"The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was perfect for our girls trip! Host even left s'mores ingredients for us! Beds were very comfortable and the living room was great for playing games and visiting. Hot tub was a wonderful, relaxing end to the day, as well as the cute sitting areas around the fire pit and front porch. Look forward to staying again!"

"Wonderful Lake view with screen porch for relaxing. Although we did not fish or kayak - there is ample opportunity including a great firepit with cooking grate. The Host was wondeful, easy to reach and nearby to help out with special requests. The neighborhood was so peaceful and safe."
