Beautifully restored building and nicely appointed suite. I chose this property due to it's location and self-sufficiency, not requiring me to leave the building for food service.
Reduced star rating as follows:
✓As a light sleeper, I could hear someone snoring in a nearby room
✓Arriving on a dark, rainy night after traveling all day 1) it was difficult to find the property based on "Loft" signage which is not visible from the street 2) signage for parking was also somewhat obscure and 3) locating the actual entrance required walking around the building (in the rain) 4) no person on duty after 2:30 pm to answer questions/provide info (check-in after 3:00 pm)
✓website has not been updated to indicate that there is no restaurant service, as the (attached) West End Diner is closed indefinitely...per the sign on the door.
I received numerous text messages welcoming me and providing door code, but neglecting to provide the previously itemized info. Nice place but disappointed that it wasn't as described.
