New York Style Loft Located In A Historic Building In Downtown Salem, Oregon.

This is a relatively new and narrow listing. I am offering my 2400 Sq. Ft. second floor historical loft. $20,000 in recent exquisite furnishings. Master bedroom with king size bed. Second bedroom with queen size wall bed. Well appointed gourmet kitchen. On-street parking and entrance. There is also a designated off-street parking space available.

We cater to tourists and traveling professionals who value experiencing historic properties in urban settings. Feel free to tour our Oregon State Capitol, historic state archives, historic downtown Salem shopping district, and theaters, gardens, and museums. We also cater to visiting parents and family members of students and others attending or affiliated with Willamette University or Law School, legislators, Salem Convention Center attendees, and those coming to enjoy our MId-Willamette wine country. My historic loft is located on Commercial St between Chemeketa and Court St in the heart of historic downtown Salem. This is a quiet, clean, approximately 2400 sq. ft. three bedroom loft. Whether it is one to four guests, the entire loft is your private space. There is a well appointed gourmet kitchen and dining room. Enjoy the media room with 40 inch LCD TV and high speed WiFi internet with download speeds of 50 Mbs and 10 Mbs upload.

Bathroom is 400 sq. ft and fully stocked with robes, toiletries and more. There is a two person jetted jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Full size washer and dryer and laundry sink.

Unpack if you like, and make yourself at home - you will not feel like you are living in someone's space.

This loft is located 4 city blocks from Oregon State Capitol. 5 city blocks from Willamette University. 2 blocks from Salem Convention Center. 1 block from Riverfront park and Willamette River. Front door opens to downtown boutique shops and restaurants. Full service mall, Salem Center, with 65 National and local brands stores. There is a Cinema with 7 theaters that offers food and alcohol at your theater seat. We are 10 blocks from Salem Hospital and birthing center. We are 11 blocks from historical Bush Park, gardens and art barn next to Deepwood historical mansion.

Riverfront Park is a 23-acre park located in downtown Salem along the Willamette River and connects to Wallace Marine Park which has 114.45 acres. It is the home of one of the best sports facilities in the Northwest and has miles of walking, jogging and biking paths and is also a haven for bird watchers.

Awesome loft in a great location!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the loft. We felt like we were in a Manhattan loft. It was so beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed walking to breakfast every morning before our busy day. My husband and I are planning to visit some wineries and stay at the loft in the future.

The location is great, the space is large and beautiful (there’s even a rooftop deck). Check-in was easy and Angela was very responsive. We did find it odd that we were required to do the laundry and dishes even though there is a $75 cleaning fee.

Bright and open property with plenty of space and nice amenities. Kitchen is well appointed with room to work and everything need close at hand. Nice common areas, feels very much like being at home. Neighborhood was easy to navigate, able to park right out front over night. Would consider the property again if we return to Salem.

Unique space in a fantastic location
We stayed here for a college drop off and it was a great location for that. We loved how walkable this location was to all the restaurants, the River Walk and to Willamette University. The loft has comfortable beds, nice towels and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you could want. This location is on a busy street so it can be noisy at night, but earplugs are provided and the location is worth it. Angela is the best hostess and makes your stay at her properties easy and comfortable. She really does seem to think of everything.

Perfect Place, Walk to Everything
We stayed for 2 nights while dropping son off at Willamette Univ. The loft was stylish but incredibly live-able with all the comforts of home at our finger tips including laundry and a great kitchen. We were in the middle of restaurants and everything else in the downtown Salem area and it was an easy walk to campus. The owner, Angela, was very nice, easy to work with and very thorough. We will definitely return.

Unique Loft Experience
This was a super easy place to stay in Salem. Parking was easy - and Angela had put together great instructions prior to our arrival. The location was wonderful and we had Isaac's coffee each morning as it was 2 doors down! We didn't have any issues with noise at night. I didn't know what a New York Loft meant - but I do now! This was super spacious - but you will be cozy as 2 of the bedroom spaces are out in the open - no closed rooms. I was only expecting one space to be out in the open. Again - a very neat experience!

Amazing!
We had my daughters twin baby shower at the loft it was amazing. It was the perfect amount of space for the 20 guests we had everybody absolutely loved it. Angela is wonderful and so kind. I stayed two nights with my sisters and two nieces it was a great experience cozy just like home and was stocked with everything we needed. This property was absolutely perfect on so many levels. The furnishings and amenities were wonderful, and the unique characteristics made it feel like big city living in a small town. Christmas in Salem at a Beautiful Downtown Loft
The property is a beautiful loft in downtown Salem. The property owner has a magical touch. The Christmas decor was truly amazing. I brought my own decorations wanting to give our family the Christmas feel and to our surprise the loft was already decorated including a gorgeous Noble tree. Absolutely lovely furnishings! The kitchen is fully equipped and it includes a very nice dining area. The beds are very comfortable and the elegant bedding makes it even better. The property has a great location, it is very clean, and I would recommend this property. Enjoy!

Big, contemporary, convenient
We rented this place for a week to host some visiting friends. It's a very attractive, comfortable and large space with lots of light which takes up the entire top floor of the building. The layout is very open - two bedroom spaces, a large bath with laundry, dining and living areas, big well supplied kitchen, and outdoor deck. Decor and furnishings are contemporary and there's a lot of cool art on the walls. There are many shopping and dining options within walking distance (though you'll need to drive to get groceries). Only minor downsides we noted are that the area can get noisy on Friday and Saturday nights (due to nearby bars), and the long flight of stairs up from the entry door could be a challenge for someone not in good shape (but the owner said she's planning on installing an elevator). On street parking was always easy to find right outside though it's limited to 3 hours during the day. There's also a private parking spot in the alley behind the building, but no entry from there (thought I believe the owner may be planning on addressing that too). The owner was always easy to reach and helpful and quick to respond.

Terrific month long stay
I stayed here for 30 days while temporarily relocating to Salem. It's a beautiful loft, with lots of period details along with thoughtful decorating touches. The loft was actually the owners former house where she raised her kids, and it feels very practical, while also being stylish. Beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is excellently furnished. I highly recommend this loft.

Salem Loft
The loft was as advertised and a great place to stay!! It is a huge space, very nicely decorated and includes lots of cooking and other supplies for use. Plenty of activities within walking distance and many more just a few minutes away by car.
