"This location was perfect for a family visit to my sister. It was within blocks of her house. The unit was perfect for my mom and two kids. The TVs are actually WAY bigger than what is listed. The staircase is a little daunting for anyone with a fear of heights, but we didn't mind. Off street parking was a DREAM in this area. Will definitely return for future family trips!"

"My husband and I went to Roanoke for our anniversary. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. This place was super close to downtown. When we went, the weather was stormy, but we could have easily walked to downtown,if the weather had permitted. "

The host was amazing leading up to our stay including recommendations for places to visit around town, and even leaving my husband a small birthday cake, gift and card. Such a pleasant surprise. The location was breathtaking, and the house was absolutely perfect. Before arriving, I asked the host about fishing the pond and got the impression we could catch a few but it wouldn’t be much… boy were we wrong. My husband caught at least 15 fish within a few...

"My boyfriend and I wanted to visit Roanoke and get away for the weekend. I choose this spot for the convenience of being able to walk downtown to the local breweries and a short drive to the surrounding hiking trails. This apartment was perfect for us and our small dog. It was a very quiet and clean building, also felt very safe. It is also connected to a local brewery AFOG which is also dog-friendly. We have a great time! "

"We enjoyed it being on one floor as we had a lot of luggage . The place was clean, and comfortable. The huge murial on the wall with many people from past and present was fun looking at . We made a game of trying to figure out every person. It was like 4 feet by 6 feet wide , so there was hundreds of people , from presidents, past and present, and kings, actors, just really fun to look at. "

"Roughly 2 hour drive to the mountains. Inexpensive getaway to the mountains and to see Roanoke Va for a long weekend. Trails near by. Restaurants and downtown are not to far away. "

"Convenient location. Adequate place to stay but could use some TLC. Street lights from the church across the street shined very brightly in the bedroom window so some room darkening curtains would be helpful. The only bathroom is in the bedroom so this was awkward with my friend staying with me. The host was quick to respond and helpful with questions."
