"Absolutely disgusting. This place was a nightmare. Advertised as a "newly renovated apartment" with a cleaning fee tacked on. There was a disgusting wet moldy carpet in the hall. The carper inside the building was riddled with all kinds of dirt and grime. The sleeping area had some other individuals dirty panties by the bed. There was a beer can in the shower, along with someones hair and pubes. The kitchen sink had food in it. Oh! And there was NO CENTRAL AC in this hot, musty, moldy,...

"Property & parking were exactly as promised. The apartment was very clean. The beds were already made up for us upon arrival. There were plenty of towels. Paper products, shampoo, conditioner & soap were provided. There was even coffee & filters. I so appreciated this place within walking distance to activities & restaurants. This was my first time in this area for UM football with my grandson. I would love to return & would recommend this place to everyone. "

"We had a nice stay During our recent trip to visit our son at the University of Michigan, the apartment was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The free parking on weekends was appreciated. Since our main focus was seeing our son, we did not explore the area much. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. It was a little noisy on Saturday night, but not enough to interfere with our sleep."
