"Great location, near Manchester and Dorset, just off Rt 7A. Instructions for check in were spot on, but we didn't receive the initial email, it had to be resent. Probably the coldest weekend of the winter, with temps close to 0F. Oil heat/forced air, but it wasn't able to do a good job on the primary bedroom (downstairs). Other than that, unit was well furnished, with a Keurig coffee maker, full complement of cooking gear.Would definitely return in the future."

"Katherine was a wonderful hostess and had her home all cozy with glimmering candles and fireplace all aglow upon our arrival! The kitchen was fully equipped which made for nice at-home meals for us 4 besties to sip wine and catch up. We all had our own bedroom and plenty of bathrooms which was very convenient. The house was clean and so cozy which was exactly what we wanted for our trip to Lake George. We only wished we booked for a longer trip and will certainly return!!!"

"My 80 yr old mom had not been back to Vermont since 1996, and she loved every minute of our stay here.The farmhouse is quaint and charming and only 20 mins from town. The furniture and accommodations were terrific - my mom could not make it up the stairs, but she was delighted with how comfortable the couch was!This place is a fabulous getaway, and we could not have been happier."

"Just got back from the most incredible stay at this antique farmhouse, and I’m still in awe. The house is stunning – full of unique, one-of-a-kind art created by the owner herself. You can really tell how much heart and soul went into every piece. It’s the kind of place you just don’t find anywhere else. "OMG - this place is fantastic. An oasis of peace and quiet yet close to so many things - Albany Rep for theatre, 38 mins away, Saratoga - 38 min away, Bennington museums - 38 min away. Manchester VT - 38 min away. This house is so impeccably appointed and comfortable, you want for nothing. Add in the "see to the horizon" sight lines out your bedroom window and you know you are in heaven. You know the host cares for your comfort - she has even added a bit of magic to your stay"
