21 Island Street - a cottage that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

21 Island Street is in an idyllic location in the centre of the ever popular Island Street. Perfect for exploring the local artisan shops including yummy Salcombe ice cream & chocolate factory or the sumptious Salcombe Gin and Devon Rum, alongside lovely artists and potters.

On entering this pretty cottage through the stable door there is a comfortable lounge with underfloor heating, tastefully furnished with sustainable rugs and throws with a dining area, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player and a cast iron gas stove for chilly evenings. A pretty window on to the small courtyard in front where you can enjoy watching the world go by or have a barbecue in the evening sun.

The contemporary kitchen with a gas hob and oven has everything you need to prepare meals from all the lovely local ingredients you can find in the town. Salcombe Crab is a must! A useful washer/dryer is provided. There is a back door leading to a small rear shared access pathway to the rear.

Stairs off the kitchen lead to the bright Master Bedroom with double bed and chest of drawers. Followed by the modern shower room for washing away those sandy toes.

Accessed from the same landing is the bright and airy second bedroom with modern full size bunk beds, chest of drawers and views outside from the lovely sash window.

21 Island Street is a perfect cottage to enjoy Salcombe and all its charms. A bolthole you wont want to leave.
