I recently visited the Royal Orchid property, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by Fransquinha at the front desk. She went out of her way to arrange a pre-check-in room for us, as my wife is six months pregnant. Fransquinha took great care of us throughout our stay until the moment we checked out. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Sam, Manager Ashish, and their fantastic team – Mohit, Jolivon, and Jonathan. They were all well-prepared and committed to delivering top-notch service. Chef Sam and Ashish recommended some amazing food combinations. I genuinely suggest opting for the full board when booking this property – the food is a must-try. Traditional music while having breakfast is something peaceful and magical. Room service, the swimming pool, and other amenities were extremely efficient and quick. The only minor concern is that the rooms are a bit small. However, the aesthetics are beautiful, with attention to detail and thoughtful design throughout."

"Very friendly people who would do anything to make you stay very comfortable. The club room staff and facilities were excellent and the people always had a wonderful outlook and friendly smiles. The restaurants had everything you could ask of and the chefs were always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did everything to make sure you were happy with the wonderful meals. The whole estate was immaculately maintained to a very high standard. Our first time in Goa and surely won’t be the last!! We will surely be back with our family to the Grand Hyatt !!."

"This is an amazing hotel. We booked a villa with private pool and it was well worth the upgrade. On a whole the stay was wonderful apart from a few minor points: 1. The staff at the Lobster Village are absolutely miserable. Every else they are fantastic but the team at the Lobster Village are amongst the most unhappy I have ever come across. 2. The bar next to reception is really overpriced. A local larger is 500 rupees yet at all the other bars on the resort its 275 rupees. 3. The hair Salon prices are out of date on the website. a wash and blow dry was advertised as being 1200rupees but was actually 3600 rupees. As stated these are all minor points as the resort and hotel are outstanding."

"What an amazing stay! The staff was absolutely superb, and the food was delicious. The dining staff became like family - one of the chefs invited my son into the kitchen, gave him a chef’s hat and allowed him to cook his own egg for breakfast. It was such an incredible experience for my son. The hotel is brand new, really nice pool and incredible game room for the kids on the top floor. It’s walkable to the beach, but the area isn’t developed yet. The walk to the beach is along an old fishing village, where fish are laying out on tarps drying in the sun. A little stinky but a neat cultural experience. Once your feet touch the sand, all will be forgotten. Pristine, quiet beach with a few beach shacks. We will definitely be coming back here again!"

"We had a great stay. The property was close the beach and had shops near by. Low cleanliness rating only given as there was a room service tray in the hall near our room for two days. It only disappeared when we requested someone removed it (housekeeping didn't take it away). Restaurant staff were great and check in and out were fast. If we come back to India we would definitely stay again."

"Had an amazing time at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage. the property is amazing and staff are incredible. There was a big food selection around the property. Pool and pool area was clean and also have staff around to assist. There is a private beach located on property that you can walk on and have many water activates to enjoy. our Room was clean and there was also one everyday to clean and provide clean towels. The staff was super fully and helped make the stay very comfortable. Would recommend the resort for families or even a calm couples getaway. was super impressed with my experience. Would defiantly recommend or go again."
