"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...
