A beautiful two-room apartment on the first floor of a very well built building.
The building is practically on the sea and in fact from the terrace of the apartment you can see the sea.
Very well furnished with modern furniture and in keeping with the tropical environment.
In the hall there are two sofa beds and therefore the apartment can accommodate 4/6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking.
In addition to being very close to the sea, this apartment is also practically in the center of the town of Santa Maria, where you can find mini-markets for shopping, restaurants and bars within a five-minute walk.
