I had a walking tour package sent to this hotel by the tour company and upon check-in, the staff promptly brought me the package so I didn't even have to ask around. The hotel staff also helped me look up the cutoff time on sending my big luggage to the next location which could be done in the morning before my departure instead of the afternoon before."

"The property is across from the park which has ample dining options. The hotel is right above the subway and is very convenient to shopping. Helpful staff and nicely appointed room. Would stay here again. "

The lobby is on the 2nd floor and is bright and cheery. 1 box sandwich with 1 coffee allowed for breakfast. Bring instant coffee for your room and request a teapot from reception. Paper cups in the lobby."
