"Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one hour. We actually came back at 2:55pm assuming our room was ready. "Very nice restaurant, however next to my parking spot was a ditch, unsafe. NO LIGHTING at parking lot and at walkway to office. There were sloped sections on this path also. So it was totally unsafe."

"First thing first - this property cannot be the right one if visitor doesn't rent a car. You can come on a public transportation pretty close. It's where the cave bath. From there to get to the property you need to clime 500 metras in up hill. There's no groccery stores, no cafe or restaurants. I was told that tap water is drinkable.. other than that I it's like a well kept , all clean rooms. I, and there's no shampoo. You clime up, got into property, want to wash hair? Only liquid soap is...
