"It was a very nice room - comfortable bed, nice view. My only complaint was that there was so much heat coming from the ondol floors that I was woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The front desk said to turn the AC on. It's really wasteful to have the heat and AC on to control the temperature, especially in late November."

"The hotel is new part of city so it was really clean and I like my room, service and staff was excellent. Also there was so many choices for restaurants. All the restaurants I‘be tried I was satisfied. But now I’m in city of tong young and I’m already disappointed with the quality of hotel. Staff doesn’t care. My door and tv was not working properly and they fixed the door but they said they will be back for tv but never did. Also it was supposed to be deluxe double room. That’s not deluxe double room."

"Luv the sufficient space, cleanliness & safe location. Suggest an instruction how to operate the remote in English pls! Staffs speaks English & helped called taxi whenever I needed one. Overall, very content w/my stay & eill definitely recommend or stay here again!! Thank you!"
