"I booked this property for four days, but what I experienced was beyond disappointing—it was an absolute nightmare. I arrived around 11 and was taken to what they called a “tree house,” but in reality, it looked more like a Mumbai chawl disguised as “art.” The place was filthy—unclean bedsheets, no attached washroom, mosquitoes everywhere, and stagnant water surrounding the area. "I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. "Arrived on the Thursday, accommodation owner had no knowledge of my arrival and I was forced to contact hotels.com for the issue to be resolved. After this stay went ok. Room was clean and sheets changed without having to ask after 3 nights. Around 10 minutes walk to the beach but not an issue for me. Nothing stands out so an average stay. And for £18 a night not bad. "

"The hotel staff mislead us for pickup from airport. They refused to clean the room as we checked in after 7 by saying that they don't do cleaning at night. The staff was very rude no proper backup in case of power cut and we had to suffer for hours without AC or fan. Even the TV didn't worked and no dedicated staff for cleaning and other services."

"It has made a great impression in a very good way! If I’m going to north Goa in the future I will definitely stay here. Morjim Suset Hotel is one of the most beautiful properties that I have stayed at in Goa. Not only is it done up very well, the staff make the place even more enticing. Everyone is polite, helpful and co-operative. Morjim beach is just 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious with all basic amenities in place. Deluxe AC rooms have spacious balconies."

"Amazing stay at Westin Goa! Our room was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast, the view, and great food at the restaurants. The absolute best part of our stay was because of the wonderful staff and their amazing Indian hospitality. Reception, the porters, cleaning staff and even the breakfast crew really all went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable! We are so thankful and can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much!! "I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairfield by Marriott, especially since it was my first time in India, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was truly blown away by the staff. I’ve never experienced such exceptional service—everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and accommodating. No request was too much trouble, and I genuinely appreciated the warmth and hospitality of each person I encountered. I’ll carry their kindness with me for a long time. The breakfast offered a nice variety, with fresh juices. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel itself is somewhat tucked away, so if you're walking, be prepared for a bit of a stroll to reach the beach and shops. I would highly recommend this hotel, and it’s the outstanding staff who truly made my stay unforgettable. Thank you for everything!"
