"Our recent stay at PIC Saipan was memorable! Although the property itself shows signs of age, the bathroom in our room was renovated, which was a nice touch and made the stay very comfortable. The hotel offers a ton of activities and amenities within the property, from a water park to a beach bar, BBQ spot, and even a gift shop with snacks and drinks. The all-inclusive meal plan was a standout – not only was the food delicious, but it also meant I didn’t have to spend a penny on meals, which made the stay even better. The staff was incredible, especially with children. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. The only downside was that housekeeping came every other day, though they ensured we had essentials like towels and toiletries when needed. One small wish – it would have been nice to have a cafe for a quick latte fix! But with all the free food, I can’t complain. "I had a very nice stay. When there were some glitches I knew the staff tried to solve the issues as fast as they could. Coffee shop was understaffed and we had to wait a long time. One thing I was concerned was the floor of the reception area… looked very slippery when the guests come back from swimming. "

"I felt sorry for the slide and the kids' play. It's a pity that Kenidek is available only late because it's a weekday. The balcony view was so pretty and the service was nice. The sailing service was attractive because you could see the beautiful sea far away. The person who gave me a sailing ride was so kind and it was the best experience."

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. There was some mildew on the wall in our first room and then we got moved and the room was much bigger and nicer. The beds were comfy. The TV was in Chinese and did not work."
