"This was a lovely house in a very quiet area. (Suited us!) the pictures don’t do the house justice especially the outside. The pool was lovely. The garden is very private. The house is looking tired in places but didn’t affect our enjoyment. It was clean and very functional. Thankyou"

"The location was good and there was plenty of room for all nine adults. The pool was a great bonus and the hot tub much appreciated. We also enjoyed the table football Our property manager, Benedicte was very welcoming and quick to respond to any queries The only thing that let the property down was the arrangement of the bathrooms. "An immaculately clean and well presented house in a lovely, scenic village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly sitting on the sun-trap terrace, looking over the river, that leads straight off the living space. The beds were comfy, the linen was great quality and there were even robes that could be used. Communication with the host was excellent and the property was easy to find and access, as there is key safe."

"Heerlijk rustige woning en omgeving. Gastvrije eigenaar echter enkel Franstalig ,wat communicatie iets moeilijker maakt. Het zwembad is prima maar mag wat warmer ca.20 graden. De TV is enkel Franstalig.Leuke dorpjes en historische stadjes in de omgeving."

All in all....great.

"Overall this was very good. Friendly staff. Nice big bedroom. All very clean and tidy...although it could do with updating, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean but tired...although well scrubbed. The breakfast was plentiful with fruit, cereals, pastries, meats, cheese etc We didn't eat evening meal but it looked OK, but we went to old town Brive for a look around. Overall excellent stay and especially considering the low cost."

"The property was gorgeous, clean and the pool was stunning. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a lovely family holiday. Just a couple of points to note. The beds were very very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. Firm beds are not for us. The listing said hot tub. We hadn’t seen one in the pictures so guessed it was a mis-print, but to confirm there is no hot-tub despite it being listed. The WiFi did not work at all. We called the host who was very good and came straight away but could not fix it. It did not get fixed the entire week we were there. You are in the countryside in an old house so mobile data signal was patchy to non-existent within the property. This can be frustrating when planning days out (or when you have teenagers.) We had a lovely holiday and visited some gorgeous locations in the region. The property was private and clean."
