"The house is in country setting, yet you can be in the center of Sarlat in 7 minutes, it was quiet and peaceful. The house had all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay, the hostess had the most pleasant smile, highly recommended."

"Excellent communication beforehand. Arranged meal on first night which was excellent. Owners very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. The house was so clean, the two bathrooms were a godsend so no hanging about waiting for them to become vacant. Lovely sitting area outside even though it was a bit chilly in the evenings. "Amazing location; on one side the beautiful Vezere River with a grassy promenade, on the other a short walk past two restaurants up to the main street, with a bakery on one side and the prehistory museum across the street. The house is charming; it is small but the rooms are spacious. We loved the private courtyard. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. Plenty of hot water, plenty of towels. The hosts were extremely responsive to my questions. We felt fortunate to stay there....
