Nice stay July 2023
We had a nice 2-week stay in the house in the first half of July. The house has a very nice and quiet location with a view of the nearby golf-course and a very nice pool and outdoor area. Interior with bedrooms, bathrooms, livingroom and kitchen is ok. Two suggestions that would have made the stay even better; aircondition in the master bedroom and some better sunscreens at the terrace dining table.

Great house with amazing view
We enjoyed a week at the Villa and had a great time there. We enjoyed the out door layout of the villa and it was easy to keep an eye on the kids playing in the pool. The house itself was great with plenty of space and toilets. A bit far from buying groceries - so make sure you make your shopping before getting up to the house.

prachtige ligging, ruim huis
Dit mooie ruime, complete huis ligt prachtig op een heuvel, met adembenemend uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad in de tuin. de ligging maakt ook dat je niets ter voet kunt doen, want het is een flinke klim naar boven , iets om rekening mee te houden dus . Het inchecken was een beetje lastig met dames die geen woord Engels spreken , de eigenaar die het zwembad komt onderhouden speekt wel prima Engels

Splendide résidence de vacances
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances à Sainte Maxime. La résidence est très bien située, offre une magnifique vue et est placée dans un environnement très calme. La demeure est très fonctionnelle et la piscine est parfaite. Grand merci et à très bientôt j'espère!

Ein toller Urlaub!
Positiv: Das Haus liegt fantastisch am Hang mit Blick über einen Golfplatz und ein Tal. Es ist groß und bot uns vier Erwachsenen ausreichend Platz. Terrasse und Pool sind wunderschön. Wir haben die meiste Zeit dort verbracht. Hinweise auf kleinere Mängel wurden sofort aufgenommen und diese beseitigt. Negativ: Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Liegen am Pool sowie ein Teil der Inneneinrichtung müssten erneuert werden. Speziell im Bereich der Küche ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Fazit: Ein tolles Haus mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Aber wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Points positifs: villa spacieuse, confortable , bien située sur les hauteurs , environnement calme, très belle vue sur le Golf de Ste Maxime, piscine bien entretenue; Points négatifs: Il manque quelques équipements: A l'intérieur, un vrai lit dans la 4è chambre, et un réfrigerateur congélateur plus grand; A l'extérieur, il n'y a aucune lumière pour la piscine qui est en contrebas de la terrasse, et ce serait plus agréable de disposer d'un petit salon d'extérieur et de stores sur la terrasse, et de davantage de bains de soleil autour de la piscine;

Schöne Aussicht auf den Golfplatz mit wunderbarer Poollandschaft
Terasse ab 16 Uhr in Praller Sonne und konnten erst essen nach dem die Sonne hinter den Hügel unterging, schade war zuviel aufwand die Schirme hoch zu schleppen und bei Wind unstabil. Und leider kein Wifi vorhanden. Ansonsten sehr schönes Haus mit eigenem Charme.

Très belle maison , tout est spacieux , et est très bien entretenue. Belle piscine même si l'eau un peu fraîche (septembre), espace autour très agréable Parmi toutes les maisons que nous avons louées elle fait partie de notre top 10.

quartier résidentiel, proximité mer, situation calme pour profiter au maximum des vacances et déjeuner en terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur le golf de sainte maxime.
