Beautiful place in a quiet and safe location
Very nice and quiet location. Seemed to be a safe place on a little street off a main road. Well taken care of place. Very responsive to my communication. Would stay there again and recommend this place to others. Very pleasant stay here.

Very nice holiday oasis to relax and feel well
The house is very comfortably furnished, the kitchen fully functional with everything you may wish to prepare French meals. Was really fun to cook and eat at home! Everything house and garden was very well maintained and clean. You arrive and feel at home! Also the lady handing out the keys was available within a few minutes and very helpful and accomodating. Excellent location - calm, but closeby the beach and the sea and not too far from the center of Sainte Maxime.

Nice stay in Ste Maxime
We had a lovely stay at the house in Ste Maxime/La Narralle. 10 min walk to beach. 5 min bicycle in the morning to get some baguette and croissant for breakfast. Clean house, well equipped kitchen. AC working well, wifi could have been a bit more poweful. amazing pool that we were the only family to utilise during the entire week. Quite a lot of mosquitos in garden.

Die Lage und Grösse sind super. Das Organisatorische ausgezeichnet. Die Sauberkeit leider nur mässig. Es fand kein Bettwäschewechsel nach einer Woche statt und es gab keine Wechselmöglichkeit für die Frotteewäsche.

Maison et jardin agréables
Maison récente ou récemment rénovée à 800m de la plage de la Nartelle. Grande cuisine complète avec de l’électroménager récent. Jardin entièrement clos parfait pour les jeunes enfants. Les deux chambres du 1er sont agréables avec une belle Sdb et bien climatisées. Grande piscine partagée. Un seul bémol : la chambre du RdC qui n’a pas de penderie et un placard peu commode en partie occupé par l’aspirateur. Ces points pourraient être améliorés facilement. La salle d’eau est trop exiguë sans possibilité de ranger les affaires de toilette. Un petit meuble sous le lavabo serait bienvenu.

Charmante villa bien exposée, proche de la mer.
La mer est en effet accessible à pied d’une distance d’environ 10 minutes. Le jardin est agréable avec un barbecue à disposition. Les salles d’eau sont agréables et les matériaux de qualité.

Everything was good and working in the house, wifi a little bit slow and some kitchen equipment a bit old are the only critics. The place is very quiet, close to the beach(10mn walking) and local shops( 5mn by car). I recommend this place !

La location est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. La plage est a 10 min a pied et la piscine à 10 m de la maison. Je recommande cette location.

Casa molto carina, confortevole e ben equipaggiata, in particolare la cucina. Ottima posizione .
La casa si trova in zona residenziale tranquilla, vicino alla pista ciclabile che porta al centro di Sainte Maxime e da lì sino a Saint Tropez. La bellissima spiaggia di La Nartelle si trova a 650 metri. La casa è molto confortevole.

Un petit coin de paradis au milieu des pins parasols
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à Sainte-Maxime dans cette très jolie villa. La maison est charmante, au calme et très bien équipée. Elle est également proche des plages et du centre ville. Le jardin est bien aménagé et joliment arboré, notamment avec de magnifiques pins parasols. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs. Nous recommandons cette adresse et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Agréable séjour à Ste Maxime
La maison est fonctionnelle et agréable. Elle est bien ombragée et dispose de climatisation dans les chambres, appréciable en période de canicule. La piscine se situe juste derrière la maison et est peu fréquentée. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et réactifs. Nous recommandons cette location.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage ...
Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung in St. Maxime. Es hat im OG 2 SZ, 1 Bad und im EG nebst Küche und Wohnzimmer noch ein 1 SZ (ehemalige Garage) sowie 1 Dusche und 1 Toilette, die getrennt voneinander sind. Das Mobiliar ist nicht das neueste und komfortabelste. Draussen ist ein großer Garten mit Kohlegrill, Korbgeflecht-Sitzecke nebst großem Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen, dazu 2 Sonnenliegen. Die Küche ist gut augestattet und vollständig, leider war das Besteck schon etwas klapprig. Zur Innenstadt läuft man knapp 40 Minuten.

La maison était appropriée pour nous 6, la piscine très accessible/agréable et modérément fréquentée. Et la plage à 10 minutes à pied est très bien située, avec la petite épicerie près du restaurant « la reine jeanne » très appréciable aussi pour le pain, les pizzas & des compléments de course. Au passage le restau la reine jeanne vaut vraiment le détour en rapport qualité/prix/situation. La maison est très fonctionnelle, propre à notre arrivée, et reste assez fraiche (pas de souci dans les chambres avec la clim). Le terrain est bien clos et agréablement aménagé, le barbecue très efficace. Le seul bémol serait sur la quantité de vaisselle (pas de plat à tarte/quiche, pas de verre doseur, peu de verres de grand volume, … par exemple). Mais en vacances, on a pu bricoler malgré tout quand il manquait qq chose et la propriétaire, à l'écoute, a pris note de notre remarque pour faire évoluer ce point. Bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cette location.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante petite maison bien entretenue, au calme et proche de la plage, accessible à pied en quelques minutes et où il y a de très bons restaurants, ouverts aussi bien le midi que le soir. Le centre-ville est accessible en quelques minutes en voiture. Nous avons eu de très bons contacts avec la propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

Average villa for a family stay. Good kitchen, bit limited on cutlery. Lots of lights not working.
We had a good stay, as st Maxime is a very nice village with good beaches. Would rate house as average. Big discussion on deposit repayment and local assistant very unfriendly. Without notifying they deducted eur 20 for each time they came to the house even if we did not ask for it. So there your are: car packed, ready to go and you do not get your deposit back the way it should be as nothing was broken..... very negative experience!!

Agréable séjour dans le Golf de Saint-Tropez
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette belle villa provençale. La maison est très bien située, à 10min du centre-ville de Sainte-Maxime et à 5min à pied des plages de la Nartelle. Les navettes en bateau faisant la liaison (de jour comme de nuit) entre Saint-Maxime et Saint-Tropez sont très pratiques, notamment pour éviter les bouchons. La maison et le jardin sont très bien aménagés, avec un bel espace terrasse et tous les équipements nécessaires (lave-linge, sèche-linge, climatisation, frigo-américain). A noter également la réactivité des propriétaires lorsque nous avions besoin d'informations complémentaires. Nous recommandons fortement cette adresse!

Séjour très agréable, villa de charme
Nous avons passés 3 semaines en famille dans la villa cet été. La maison est très agréable et très fonctionnelle, rien ne manque au niveau du confort : lave-linge, sèche-linge, wifi, télés, cafetière, bouilloire et j'en passe, sans oublier un super frigo américain !... La villa est très bien située, 5-10 minutes à pied de la plage de la Nartelle et d'un petit commerce proximité avec du pain frais tous les jours ! Le centre ville de Sainte-Maxime est à environ 5 mn en voiture, et 10-15 mn avec les 2 vélos mis gracieusement à la disposition des locataires ! (un super plus !). Très ensoleillée et à 2 pas de la piscine de la résidence, nous y avons passé un super séjour et y retournerons avec plaisir !

Très belle villa
Maison très agréable, joliment décorée et d’une propreté parfaite. Le jardin est très bien aménagé. Mention spéciale pour les superbes pins parasols et le salon de jardin. L’intérieur est confortable, la cuisine est bien équipée et le wifi fonctionne sans problèmes. La maison se trouve dans une résidence calme, la belle piscine se situe en hauteur derrière la villa. La plage de la Nartelle (la plus belle de St-Maxime) est à 10 minutes à pied, le centre-ville avec les commerces est à 5 minutes en voiture. Une adresse à retenir et à recommander.

Nice place for our week stay at the Cote d'Azur
We enjoyed our stay in this nice villa. The villa was indeed located close to the beaches of Nartelle, but not as close as the website mentioned. It was not 300 m, but I think 1 km. Still only 10 minutes walk. The other part of the website description is correct. For our 6 person family the house was big enough and the facilities (e.g. washing machine, refrigerator, bathrooms, garden with garden furniture, swimming pool etc.) were good. Also the distance to the beach was good, only a 10 minutes’ walk. At the evening of arrival the warm water did not work and we were not able to contact the local agent to solve the problem. I also sent an email to the owner of the house and she replied immediately. The next morning the local agent contacted us. With electric heating of water it takes hours before it gets warm and the next morning the water was warm The AML Local said that she informed us of this, but maybe there was a small miscommunication. We noticed the house wasn't used for a while and some dust was found in the house (e.g. tables). However, this was not a huge issue for us. At the end of the week we did the cleaning of the house ourselves, so when we left the house the dust wasn't there anymore. However, you will always find dust after a few weeks when nobody is living in a house. The owner of the house is service oriented. We had good contact and answers to e-mails were given promptly. Also when we were back home the owner sends us an email asking how we enjoyed our holiday and the house. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family. In the area of Sainte Maxime a lot of activities can be done, most of them can be found in travel booklets. A restaurant we enjoyed was Pizza Italia. A simple restaurant, but with excellent, big, pizzas.
