The plus of this 50 m2 is that it is ideally located in the most dynamic seaside resort of the Gulf: Sainte Maxime. In absolute calm while being in the heart of the old town, and beach access on foot! (200m).
You will enjoy everything on site: bakery, mini-markets, markets (nightly every evening, covered every day, big market on Friday) restaurants, entertainment / shows offered by the city etc ...
Forget the car! parking or private garage reservations possible.
The port opposite allows you to take the sea shuttles and arrive very quickly (without traffic or parking problems) in Saint Tropez, Saint Raphaël, Port Grimaud or to spend a day on the islands.
The high-end furnishings offer maximum comfort. Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning, very well equipped kitchen (multifunction oven, 4 hotplates, large fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Flat screen TV.

Sehr hübsches Appartement in einer sehr hübschen Lage
Gewünscht waren Stadt- und Strandnähe, Trubel und Ruhe. All das erfüllt die Lage des Appartements. Saint Maxime ist dazu ein sehr gut entwickelter Urlaubsort und eine gute Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge.

Sauber und optimal gelegen!
Es ist eine wirklich sehr saubere Wohnung mit ganz lieben Vermietern! Die Unterkunft ist optimal gelegen und man kann alles wunderbar zu Fuß erreichen. Egal ob zum Strand, zum Hafen oder zum bummeln in die City, es ist alles in der Nähe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 👍🏼

Localisation parfaite
Tres joli appartement en plein coeur de Ste Maxime dans une petite rue tres peu passante donc peu de bruit. À 5min à pied de la plage. Emplacement ideal. On regrettera juste le bbq remplacé par une plancha moins pratique pour faire cuire les grillades. Petite cour à l'arriere tres agreable.

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 3 Tage gemietet! Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße neben der Kirche und trotzdem ist man nur 20m vom Trubel der Stadt und Restaurants entfernt. Buchung, Kontakt und Schlüsselübergabe alles 1a verlaufen! Die kleine aber feine Wohnung war sehr sauber!!!! Alles neu und frisch renoviert! Küche sehr gut ausgestattet! Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!

Bonjour, l'appartement est juste très très bien situé, l'appartement est propre grand avec tout se qu'il faut pour cuisiner, la terrasse exterieur est abrité très agreable. L'appartement à beaucoup de cachet. Vraiment je le recommande. Il est parfait pour une famille ou des amis. Le propriétaire est réactif, toujours disponible sais vraiment très agréable.

Très bien placé, bien équipé
La situation de cet appartement est idéale: vraiment au calme et à moins 1 minute à pied des premiers restaurants et commerce de l'ancien centre. Le logement est bien équipé. Le propriétaire s'est bien adapté aux règles pour le COVID: arrivée et départ "sans contact". De même il a été très réactif à nos sollicitations. Bref je recommande vivement.

Bel appartement situé à une minute du centre piéton et 5 minutes de la plage. Propreté impeccable, ruelle très calme. La possibilité de garer son véhicule dans un parking souterrain est un vrai plus. Merci pour l’accueil.

Pour nos premières vacances en tant que famille, c’était parfait! L’appartement est chouette et extrêmement bien placé. A quelques minutes de la plage, à une minute des ruelles avec boutiques et restaurants et pourtant dans un coin très calme. Nous avons même pris le bateau (également à côté de l’appart) pour passer une journée à Saint-Tropez. Le propriétaire s’est montré très accueillant et sympathique. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine avec notre bébé de 3mois.

Such a great location
We really enjoyed staying here as the property is welcoming and comfortable, with a brilliant location in the bustling and attractive town. The space turned out to be a little tight for 2 adults and 2 basically-adult sons, but it was manageable. Equipment is good, although the bedroom could do with a chair for clothes. We had a little bit of difficulty getting to the apartment as it is not really possible to park outside in the road. Subsequent to that, the parking garage ( 5 minutes' walk away) was a great amenity. The website says towels are provided but in fact this needs negotation with the owner since they are not regularly provided, but we did manage to obtain them (thanks Didier!) The hosts speak good English and are friendly and helpful. We ate really well in Sainte Maxime and enjoyed our trips to the various beaches, of which La Garonette is the best. We enjoyed shopping at the markets too. We would recommend a visit to Nice also, although driving through the city, and finding a place to park, is predictably challenging. We ended up parking at the station on Avenue Thiers, which worked out well. This was our first time on the Cote d'Azur and we intend to return!

schöner urlaub
super lage wenn ohne fahrzeug , kurze wege zum bäcker oder in die stadt alles super toller fährbetrieb nach st.trop einfach super strand 5min alles klasse . die unterkunft ist mit 4 personen ausgereitzt aber dann toll ja gut die terasse ist ein wenig eng aber da wir frankreich erfahren sind hatten wir uns einen fernseher ( 40" ) sowie eine satschüssel mitgebracht den tv haben wir ins fenste gestellt und wir hatten schöne abende mit spiele und manchmal nachrichten aus der heimat. der urlaub war super. wir waren 2 pärchen jungbebliebene 60ziger mit auto und motorrad, haben aber fast alles zufuß gemacht .

Man bekommt 100%ig, was man sieht
Hier passt wirklich alles! Tolle, saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und total zentral gelegen! Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und antworten immer sofort. Die Einrichtung ist nagelneu und top in Schuss! Die Betten sind komfortabel. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Un emplacement parfait qui permet de tout faire à pied ( plage et commerces) tout en étant dans un endroit calme. L'appartement est, quant à lui, très confortable : " un petit nid" dans lequel nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. De plus, Didier nous a parfaitement accueillis est a su se montrer à l'ecoute lors de notre séjour.
