300m from the largest sandy beach in Sainte Maxime - Large new 3-room apartment of 72 m2 with air conditioning, in a very nice one-storey residence, quiet and secure, bordered by a pine forest at the back, large sea view terrace, 4 sleeps, fitted kitchen, comfortable, 2 bedrooms with mosquito nets, 2 bathrooms, reversible air conditioning, elevator, parking and garage in the basement. Large sandy beach with restaurants 300m away.
Shuttles (1 euro) will take you as well to the city center at 5 minutes, as to the commercial areas or the other beaches, departure at 300 m from the residence. Sea shuttles leave the port for Port-Grimaud, St. Tropez, Porquerolles, the Lérins Islands, St. Raphael etc ...

Sehr freundlich wurden wir empfangen, sehr gepflegte Wohnung und eine tolle Aussicht hatten wir vom Balkon. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit möglich und die Empfehlungen für das Essen konnten wir auch nutzen. Der tägliche Gang zum Meer war in wenigen Minuten „schnurgeradeaus“ möglich. Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit. Danke!

Traumhafter Ausblick außerhalb des Trubels
Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Traumhafte Lage an dem schönsten Strand von Sainte Maxime. Klares Wasser, sehr sauberer Strand. Gute Radwege, schöne Berge im Hinterland. Sehr respektvolle Autofahrer, die mindestens 1.5 m Abstand einhalten. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Geräumig, und hell. Sehr nette Vermieter, gaben jederzeit gute Informationen heraus. Man kann sich hier sehr erholen. Wir würden dieses Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Dans l'appartement on trouve vraiment tout ce qu'il faut et même beaucoup plus! Il y a une vue superbe sur la baie, et la mer est à juste 500 mètres de la clôture de la propriété. Un chantier de construction pour un nouveau complexe d'appartements de vacances est très proche, mais actif seulement pendant la journée. Les soirs sont très calmes, avec des cigales à écouter. La propriétaire a été très charmante et prête à aider avec des conseils pour que nous puissions bien profiter de nos vacances. Nous voudrons rentrer aussitôt que possible !!!

Une semaine magique entre copines
Merci à Francine pour l'accueil chaleureux. Un appartement lumineux, bien équipé, au calme, avec place de parking gratuite. A 300 m de la plage. Un bus 🚌 permettant de se rendre à Sainte Maxime pour 1 euro. Nous avons visité les alentours. Des centaines de photos, des souvenirs pleins la tete.

Schöne geschmackvolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut gepflegt, wirklich sauber; toller Seeblick, ruhige sichere Anlage. Freundliche Vermieterin, leider war die Klimaanlage defekt und konnte erst am Ende des Aufenthalts ausgetauscht werden.

A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par la très charmante propriétaire qui nous a donné toutes les indications pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de la résidence, la situation à proximité de la plage, la propreté de l'appartement, ainsi que l'équipement ménager complet et de qualité. De plus, la climatisation, les deux salles de bain et le confort de la literie en augmentent encore l'agrément. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et je recommanderai cette adresse à mes amis.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!
Wir (Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern), haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. F. Jacky hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn etwas fehlte, hat sie sich gleich darum gekümmert. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Unterkunft und würde auch wieder kommen.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Appartement is sfeervol ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Groot balkon met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Strand op loopafstand. Communicatie met Francine perfect. Dus zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Très belle vue mer
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement à la fois bien pensé et bien aménagé. La vue sur la mer attire l'oeil dès l'entrée et la terrasse est à l'ombre à partir de midi, ce qui est très agréable. Une mention particulière à la propriétaire et à son conjoint pour l'accueil, leur gentillesse et leurs conseils avisés, un couple charmant. Christophe et Elodie.
