This beach front charming and rustic 4-bedroom villa with direct beach access is located near the popular town of Ste Maxime. The living space on split levels includes a comfortable lounge, TV room, study, dining room in the conservatory with uninterrupted views out to sea and a well-equipped kitchen. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms and 2 bedrooms sharing a separate toilet and bathroom. 3 bedrooms have A/c. A/c usage is metered and charged additionally. No A/c in bunk room fans available. A/c meter is read by property manager and guest at check in/out and agreed sum deducted from breakage deposit. In addition, there is a guest cloakroom, and another toilet and shower room in the basement. Outside, the magnificent terrace offers direct access to the beach, uninterrupted sea views with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ – perfect for al fresco dining on warm Riviera evenings. There is an outdoor private freshwater swimming pool 8 x 4m.
Ste Maxime is packed with great restaurants, bars, plenty of shops, banks, tourist information office and activities for everyone. It has a beautiful golf course, tennis courts, swimming beach, harbour, park, casino, outdoor theatre, water park, adventure tree course, cinema, library, markets, an outdoor fish stall with fresh fish daily and a covered food market. There are other golf courses and tennis courts close to the villa. Riding stables and fishing lakes are close by.
A marine reserve was created in front of the Villa in 2019 and there are many varieties of fish and sea life to see just on the doorstep. Great opportunity to learn about the local sea life, swim and snorkel safely.

While our terrace is the best spot to soak up the sun and rest, there are many spots which can be private. There are numerous rock pools to explore and a lovely headland to explore with views to St. Tropez.
St. Tropez with its glitzy night life, bars and restaurants can be reached by car or a short ferry ride, which runs late during the high season. Pampalone Beach with its famous beach bars - Club 55, Tahiti and Nicky Beach are all a drive away. There are many restaurants to suite every budget.
There is a water park in Ste. Maxime and a larger one in Frejus. All the towns have their open-air market days, and some places have Artisan markets.
Glitzy St. Tropez has all the designer and more modestly priced shops, interesting restaurants and bars. The harbour is very well known and is beautiful with many large expensive boats moored up.
Ste Maxime market day is on Friday mornings and St. Tropez market is on Saturday and Tuesday mornings.
Activities: Cherry beach (2 mins walk away) is a large sandy beach where you can relax or be active. There are popular beach restaurants and bars. There are jet skis for hire with organised excursions every day during high season. From Ste Maxime and Les Issambres harbours there are ferries to St. Tropez regularly and other boat trips to Cannes, Nice and various places of interest. During high season there are spectacular firework displays all along the coast. Boats are available for rent from Ste Maxime harbour. You can learn to dive or get your boat handlers licence training from there. For the less energetic there is a diving belle which takes you along the harbour wall to see the fish.
All types of water sports are available within 5 km of the villa. There are tennis courts near the villa with some being flood lit. Most clubs offer coaching.
There are lakes near Roquebrune for fishing. The mountain terrain behind St. Maxime is popular with cyclists and walkers. St. Tropez coastal walk is spectacular.
Events: On August 15th to celebrate the Americans landing on Cherry Beach at the end of WW2 there are numerous parades in period dress in Ste. Maxime and other nearby towns, and there are spectacular firework displays - Ste. Maxime, Port Grimeau, St. Tropez simultaneously. There are boats for hire or the ferry which cruise in the Bay of St. Tropez during these displays.
At the end of September is 'Les Voiles de St. Tropez' where sailing boats of varying sizes race. It's spectacular to hire a boat or to take the ferry and cruise amongst these beautiful competitors. The atmosphere is electric and festive as liveried crews get ready to sail 90-foot racing sail boats. The boats can be seen too from the terrace of the villa with a glass of champagne or Pimms.
Cannes is about a 40-minute drive away and convenient for the Film Festival.
Nice, the 3rd largest city in France has everything from art galleries, concerts to open air markets.
Monte Carlo and Italy are about 2 hrs away.
