Lovely overall
The property is beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. We spent 3 weeks here and after renting a car, was able to explore a vast majority of the Cote d'Azur. My only complaint was that the host does not provide sheets or towels without an extra fee. She claims it was listed on her website but I never saw it and when I went to back to look, I still never found anything about having to "rent" sheets for 30 euros. She also mentioned a cleaning fee of 50 euros a few days before our arrival. I assured her I would leave the place as I found it. This was our 2nd time using VRBO. My advice is to ask detailed questions ahead of time, such as additional house rules, additional fees for anything, do the pics represent the current state of the place, etc. A note for my fellow Americans: when they say washer & dryer included, know that the dryer is just a rack to hang your clothes on outside.

BELLES VACANCES
Logement idéalement situé en bord de mer. Bien adapté pour 2 personnes et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié le jardinet intime, et, la présence de la climatisation, vu la chaleur. Séjour très agréable. Nous pourrons revenir !

points négatifs : appartement sombre hors mis veranda lit du sejour inconfortable , soit disant etre un 140 nous avons été obligés de mettre les 2 matelas l un sur l autre. propreté limite , accueil et présentation des lieux vite fait! la gérante nous a dit juste de mettre les clés en partant ; pas d'état des lieux c'est la première fois que je vois çà . points positifs: le petit jardin tres joli au calme et la situation top tout près de la plage

très agréable et super sympa pour des vacances de courtes durées
C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette résidence et toujours le même calme, les lauriers roses magnifiques et l'ensemble sécurisé. Tous ces éléments contribuent à faire de ce séjour de toujours très bons souvenirs. L'équipement de cet appartement est complet mais on aimerait trouver un grille pain, un petit batteur, (pour monter vite fait une mayo pour accompagner une salade estivale ) et puis surtout ne manquez pas la toile au dessus de l'espace jardin qui se déplie comme une voile et qui rajoute un charme et un confort appréciable au milieu des jasmins.
