Hôtel classe, environnement sublime sur golf & mer
Nous avons eu la chance d'assister à la démonstration de la Patrouille de France, outre les vols d'Atos, hélicoptères et mirages. Le spectacle fut superbe : on le voyait depuis le balcon mais nous sommes allés à Ste Maxime où nous avons pu admirer ces avions évoluer dans le ciel le long de la plage. Le lendemain matin, les pilotes ayant séjourné dans l'hôtel, nous avons pu en côtoyer quelques-uns; une manifestation de golf avait lieu ce week-end-là aussi et le dimanche nous avions un départ qui nous a permis de jouer par un temps superbe et face à la mer. Par ailleurs, le personnel de l'hôtel fut très courtois et prévenant. Ce fut un beau passage, même si ce fut rapide (une nuit).

Jolie vue sur le golf!
Situé au calme à 10 min du centre. Vieux bâtiment mal entretenu et qui n'as pas le statut d'un 4 étoiles. Hotel à étages un peu labyrinthe, chambres confortables, pour certaines très belle vue et terrasse, mais sans frigo et assez mal insonorisé, salle de bain avec moisissures et la douche cassée. Bof bof !

Superbe hotel , travaux de rénovation a prevoir
Hôtel avec une vue fantastique très belles terrasses,ainsi que les piscines .Chambre et salle de bain travaux à prevoir.Chambres avec des toiles d'araignée,salle de bain carrelages fissures et joints ainsi que la baignoire à changer.Lit confortable ,personnel sympatique,hotel calme et agréable .Un petit frigo serait le bienvenue. Dans l'ensemble superbe hotel mais le prix beaucoup trop élevé vu l état de la salle de bain et de la chambre.Je reviendrais certainement .

Longe mas perto
Não esperávamos muito do hotel. Mas ele é ótimo. A vista e maravilhosa e as instalações muito boas. O único problema é que você tem que estar de carro pois ele é no alto de um morro cercado por um golfe clube. Descendo você sai em Saint Máxime que é muito bonita. Saint Tropez fica a uns 15 minutos de saint máxime com um péssimo transito mas vale a pena. Retornaremos com certeza.

4* pour l'accueil et la disponibilité des équipes
Au delà de l'aspect quelque peu vieillissant de cet hôtel, tout juste à la hauteur des 4* revendiquées, je retiendrai de ce séjour un accueil exceptionnel, une disponibilité, une implication et une gentillesse sans faille des équipes, toujours prête à se mettre en 4 (étoiles !...) pour vous satisfaire. Si les 4* sont un peu surfaites pour l'établissement, elles ne le sont pas pour le personnel !

The room we took has a great view and is quite comfortable in terms of mattress and pillows. The staff are ok They don't have a minibar in the room nor coffee and the service charge is 14 euro extra for room service which maybe the highest in the world. Breakfast for 1 in the room costs 18 euro and then 14 euro service charge!!! Quite high!! And they write it in a vague way so you don't feel it while ordering! Other than that, as value for money it's good

Très bon hôtel mais pas au prix fort
Hotel dans un site superbe qui domine toute la baie de Sainte-Maxime et l'on voit la presque île de Saint-Tropez. Les chambres n'étaient libre que vers 15h00. donc nous sommes arrivé à 11h30. Nous avons donc mangé au bord de la piscine. très bon repas à prix raisonnable. personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. A 14h30 la chambre était prête. Impossible de garer correctement, il faut donc payer 10€ par jour pour avoir accès à un parking sous-terrain.Un chariot à bagage était à notre disposition. il faut prendre 3 ascenseurs différents pour se déplacer dans l’hôtel qui est est à flan de colline.hôtel est superbe, mais vieillissant. les couloirs et les façades mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement pour un 4 étoile.chambre est très bien, mais pas de mini frigo.la baignoire et le mitigeur sont d'époque.et méritent d'être changés. Chaud et froid en permanence, c'est très désagréable. heureusement que nous avons bénéficié d'une bonne remise, car sinon en payant le prix fort, j'aurai fait un scandale.Les façades du balcon, sont pleines de coulures noires, suite à un manque de réparation des corniches qui se fendent et laisse couler l'eau. Nous avons mangé aussi au restaurant un soir. très bien, bon rapport qualité prix. En résumé, je retournerai dans cet hôtel, mais pas à plein tarif. Je suis très content de vos services, et repasserai pas vous pour mes prochains voyages. La dame que j'ai eu au téléphone était charmante et très professionnelle.

Excellent séjour, personnels très agréable, chambre spacieuse avec vue sur mer magnifique. Comptais 10 minutes en voiture pour accéder aux plages! Vraiment bien. On y retournera. - : Je regrette juste qu'il n'y est pas de mini bar à disposition dans les chambres. + : Silencieux, wifi gratuite, climatisée, confort du lit excellent et terrasse bien équipée.

Les bon points: - Le personnel était exceptionnel. Au petit soin pour nous. De plus nous avons vu les mêmes têtes le matin et le soir...ils ne dorment jamais mais restent aimable et serviable et efficace! Un sans faute pour cet équipe. - La vue est époustouflante. - Le restaurant - petit déjeuner très complet pour tous les goûts et un personnel très présent. Le soir également le menu était délicieux. Menu enfant avec de vrais plats présentés comme pour les adultes. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Pour les adultes les produits de très bonnes qualités. Un vrai regale. Le service était compte à lui irréprochable. Les mauvais points: 1. L’état général de l'hôtel est mediocre et il est cruellement en manque de maintenance. Les moquettes sont très tachés. La peinture s'écaille. 2. La Chambre, 2 chambres attenantes, était grande et belle. Vue magnifique sur le golf et la mer avec une belle terrasse, mais... moquette en très mauvaise état, salle de bain en marbre mais avec des traces évidente de dégât des eaux, toutes les prises relayées aux interrupteurs donc une fois la lumière éteint les prises ne fonctionnent plus (pour recharger les téléphone etc il faut donc desserrer les ampoules pour éteindre les lumières)! 3. Le wifi quais non existant dans les chambres.

The carpets in our room were stained, water marks on the wall, staff left us for 1hr 30 mins before our room was ready (2.5hrs after checkin started) we weren't even offered a drink, and at 7euros a beer, that would have been nice. We asked for an iron, their response was "well if we can get one back from someone else", again not very helpful. On the plus side, the restaurant is delicious and the staff were pretty good in there. The pool is lovely and the views are great. It is about 6km from St Maxime, not walking distance. our room was below the restaurant so from 6am you could hear the scraping of chairs. Our room was a room used as a suite but when used as a single room, the doors in between we're locked. This meant we had no safe in our room, despite being told all rooms have safes. The wifi is intermittent and non existent if you are on floor 3 or below. Overall, would be fine if you are going out and exploring the local area, not for a weeks stay.
