Spacious villa of 320 m² with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms suitable for a maximum of 12 people. The villa is in a secluded private domain, from which you can walk to the beach which is 900 meters from the villa. The interior is cozy and well decorated. The living room and the 3 bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning. In the fenced garden of 1500 m2 you will find the 9 x 4 meter heated pool. There are 3 bedrooms with a large double bed, 2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 4 persons. All 4 bathrooms have a toilet, and there is a guest toilet. A pergola of 8 x 4 meters will be added in June 2024, it was not ready when the pictures were taken. The center of Les Issambres is at 2 km, and the center of Sainte Maxime is at 7 km. 

Cancellation costs are:
If canceled up to the 42th calendar day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: the deposit.
Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
