La Bergerie is part of the Baconnerie farm, which is located in Ste Marguerite d'Elle not far from the landing beaches on a plot of 3500 m2. The farm is made up of 4 independent character houses. with enclosed garden, approved Gîte de France 3 épis and furnished tourist accommodation 3 stars, and a reception room, (the bergerie with 4 bedrooms and 9 beds, La Laiterie with 5 bedrooms and 11 beds, La Charetterie with 5 bedrooms and 10 beds, la Cidrerie with 7 bedrooms and 14 beds: In total 44 beds. The reception room (l’Étable) is approved for 50 seated people.
LA BERGERIE (Gîtes de France Calvados n°2976) is a large restored and converted house with 4 bedrooms, in stone, independent, with enclosed garden, barbecue, and garden furniture, WiFi, suitable for people with reduced mobility.
A large adjoining private, enclosed meadow is converted into a play area. A communal sports ground is 150 m away (boules, basketball, etc.)
Rental all charges included (water, EDF).
Cleaning included.
Options: provision of sheets (€ 12 per bed),
Provision of towels: €5 per person.
The beds are equipped with protectors and duvets.

• Ground floor: entrance, fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge, sofa, armchairs, Italian shower room, WC. A couple's room accessible to people with reduced mobility (140 cm bed).
• Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, a couple's room with a 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, shower room, WC.
• Attic: a bedroom with 3 90 cm beds accessible from a bedroom on the 1st floor.
