Designed for 10 people. 5 air conditioned bedrooms + 5 bathrooms:
Ch 1: 160x190 bed.
Ch 2: 140x190 bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 beds 0. 90x200 + bathroom: disabled mobility standards
Ch 4: 2 beds of 0. 90 x 190
Ch5: 1 bed 140 x 190

House layout: The main house extends over two levels.
* On the ground floor:
- An accessible entrance for the disabled, with a flat screen TV lounge, stereo, phone, desk, internet outlet.
- 3 bedrooms, including one handicapped accessible. All air conditioned, with large closets and wardrobes, internet connection. Each has a private bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, closet and wall hairdryer.
- The kitchen opens onto the terrace through a hatch and the sea through windows that allow you to cook while participating in the life of the house. It is equipped with a gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes for 12 people, table and kitchen linen.
- A very large terrace of 50m2 facing the sea with a living room, and dining room. This large room open to the sea is truly the heart of the home.

* On the ground floor sea:
- The 4 ° room widely open to the sea with 2 beds 0. 90 x 190, large closet and wardrobe, internet connection, air conditioning.
- A complete bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet sink, storage, hair dryer
- A laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron, iron and ironing board and a freezer.
A charcoal grill for delicious grilled...

* In the garden, the pretty bungalow houses the 5th bedroom of the house and its bathroom. It will seduce you with its quiet and elegant entrance with 2 closets, bed 140x190, bathroom with toilet, sink, walk-in shower, hairdryer and wall cupboards.

The linen and towels are provided. It is renewed every week.

A pedestrian path leads to the secured pool area (4m x 3m, depth 1,50m) and to a large white sand beach.
Protective barriers and gates with child safety locks, outdoor shower, footbath, and independent toilets complete our pool also called "Punch Box".
In front of the beach, a carbet awaits you to relax by drinking your ti-punch, take a nap in the hammock, or dinner at night near the water.

The whole property offers large spaces, where everyone can live their holidays at their own pace and according to their desires.
Makata Blue is suitable for families of several generations: reading area in the shade, space in the sun for sunbathing, relaxing by the pool, sea bathing at any time ... and children playing in the garden safely.

From the end of our beach you can follow the coastal path on 3.5 km which leads near the village of Sainte Luce. Beautiful shady path for sports, and walkers. Do not forget jersey and camera, because the small coves are all nice for swimming stops.
A project of the State is being studied to extend this path which would pass in front of the houses of our district.

Wonderful location!!
The property was a wonderful place for our group of 4 couples to come and relax! The house is well stocked. The beach is a great spot to cool off. A short one minute walk along the beach towards town was a great snorkelling location. We saw a big variety of fish. There is lots of walking traffic in front of the property because a walking trail runs along the front but everyone was very respectful. We were able to travel to many parts of the island with our rental car. The town close by has many restaurants and shops. After travelling around the island we found this location to be the best. Jean Paul was great to deal with and even had an English speaking friend to help with communication for us.

Emplacement idéal, avec superbe plage au bout du jardin. Maison très bien équipée, très bonne literie, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bains. Accueil et communication très sympa avec Jean Pierre, qui donne de bons conseils de visite! Le paradis!

Villa très bien située
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette villa qui se situe au bord de la mer. Le concierge est extrêmement disponible et très gentil. La vue est a couper le souffle, un vrai paradis. La villa manque un peu d'entretien mais pour le prix payé c'est parfait. La cuisine est très bien équipée ( four, mixeur, presse agrumes..etc). Nous avons fait la connaissance de la faune local, de petits oiseaux notamment venaient nous dire bonjour 😉 Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette villa agréable, spacieuse, bien située, bien équipée, la plage en bas du jardin. Convient pour 10 personnes, 5 chambres et 5 salle de bains. Jardin clos, parking, petite piscine, kiosque au bord de la plage. Côté négatif : l’état de propreté à notre arrivée principalement dans la cuisine, odeur de renfermé dans deux des chambres et barbecue à remplacer. Une étoile en moins pour le ménage. Jean Pierre nous a très bien accueilli, merci

La maison et sa situation sont exceptionnels !!!! 5 vrais chambres indépendantes avec leurs sanitaires, comme à l'hôtel...quant à la situation...sur la plage..le rêve !! Une immense véranda où il fait bon vivre, déjeuner et se reposer, Très bonne communication avec le gérant, à notre service pour toutes les infos concernant notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour, Côté négatif : le mobilier de jardin est un peu vétuste... et gros point noir la propreté dans la cuisine !!!!! Inadmissible quant on paye un forfait ménage, surtout en cette période de covid !!! Visiblement, seul un léger coup de balai ...et encore nous avons trouvé du verre cassé sous les meubles...Nous avons même dû désinfecter les poignées des meubles avant usage, les coulures sur les meubles, le four inutilisable etc... Nous avons l'habitude des locations et là c'était vraiment vraiment sale....nous l'avons donc tout de suite signalé au gérant...espérant qu'à l'avenir il existe un vrai ménage pour les suivants... Quel dommage car la propriété est vraiment très très très bien...

Séjour en famille superbe !
Villa de grand confort, bien sécurisée convenant parfaitement pour 6 adultes et 4 enfants et située dans un quartier calme. 10 jours dans ce bel endroit ; c'est trop court ! Le cadre est super, la piscine et la proximité de la plage ont été appréciées de tous et notamment des enfants. Remerciements à JP Moulis pour sa disponibilité et son efficacité pour répondre aux demandes et résoudre les dysfonctionnements (climatisation en panne dans une chambre). Je recommande pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Fabulously located, directly on & next to beautiful beaches with several restaurants a walk away.
It was VERY relaxing to not have to get in the car to go to the beach or to eat out. There is a small but decent grocery store a five minute drive away, and a larger one 10 minutes away. Everything you need is provided at the house. There are five bedrooms, three of which appear to have beds that can either be put together as a big queen, or separated as twins. Clarify with the management on this up front, as they charge by the room. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. It's a wonderful family or large group vacation home.

LES PIEDS DANS L'EAU
Cette villa est très agréable pour 10 personnes, car chacun à son intimité et nous ne sommes pas l'un sur l'autre. L'accueil du concierge est super et, reste à notre disposition durant tout le séjour si il y a des aléas dans la villa. Le site est magnifique et la villa très bien entretenu. Nous n'avons qu'une envie... Y retourner !

maison très agréable et très bien placée, tout a fait adaptée pour un séjour avec des enfants. La piscine petite est très fonctionnelle. L'équipement est très complet, il manque juste un aspirateur. L'accueil de Mr Moulis charmant et efficace. La climatisation dans les chambres est bien-venue.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette superbe villa en famille 11 pers: parents, enfants et petits enfants, pendant 10 jours, nous avons apprécié la proximité de la mer, il ne manquait rien dans la villa, propre et bien entretenue aussi bien les extérieurs qu'à l'intérieur ,M. Moulis (le concierge) était disponible, l'accueil chaleureux, Nous faisons déjà une pub d'enfer auprès de nos amis susceptible de partir vers cette destination. par contre retour difficile à la réalité, après un dépaysement aussi complet.
