Located in the town of Sainte-Gemme-la-Plaine, this spacious vacation home undoubtedly promises a great family vacation with wonderful excursions in the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park. The house offers modern and very pleasant furnishings for a successful vacation time and both decorative elements and colorful color details contribute to a cozy feel-good atmosphere. The private view-protected pool provides plenty of swimming fun. Here, sun, idleness and outdoor wellness are on the vacation agenda! After a long day, enjoy homemade food on the open terrace and end the evening with a glass of local wine.

Explore the picturesque countryside in the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park and take excursions to the La Vacherie Marsh Regional Nature Reserve. Children will find great entertainment at the amusement parks, O'Gliss Water Park, O'Fun Park and Le Château des Aventuriers.

Villa bien située et très agréable. Il ne manque rien à l'intérieur : on peut venir seulement avec ses affaires personnelles (on avait loué draps et serviettes). Inutile d'amener les boules de pétanques, jeux..... tout y est. La température de la piscine a oscillé entre 29 et 32 degrés. Grand garage avec possibilité de mettre 2 voitures.
